Bring back the Up & Up version
I wish Target still carried the Up & Up generic version of this medicine - that was my go-to every for years, and affordably priced. My family abroad even requested it since it worked better than anything they could get locally. Having to pay for the name brand now reminds me of the pink tax and leaves me feeling salty. Please bring back the Up & Up version for your menstruating customers.

I’m super sensitive to the normal midol as it has a lot of caffeine. As I’ve gotten older I’m more and more sensitive to that and this one doesn’t give me those late night effects of the lingering caffeine

Cramps 😩 so painful. I absolutely hate watching my daughter suffer through cramps. We have found Midol complete (Acetaminophen) is the best pain Reliever for her *CRAMPS • BLOATING *HEADACHE • BACKACHE I really like the fact they are CAFFEINE FREE. The distinctive green box is easy to locate on the shelf. At least they offer some relief when pain occurs.

This is a must-have on my periods. I don’t mind the caffeine version, but I like to have both on hand in case I start my period in the late afternoon or evening. Midol is the only thing that noticeably helps with my cramps and I definitely recommend it to all my friends! I wish it was a tad cheaper, but you can find it on sale every so often at Target.

Ive had painful periods for a while and i always told my self to push through the pain, until it got to a point where i was almost passing out. And i ended up taking midol one time and it was actually so helpful, now i can actually stay at work rather than having to leave early or take days off. And im only 20, so i am so thankful midol is around. I would 1000% recommend to all girls and women that have painful periods.

The best pain relief medication for your period!
For some reason, the regular caffeinated Midol affects me negatively, so these are a life saver, and they’re cheaper at Target than basically anywhere else. If you want a good period pain reliever without the extra side effects of caffeine, these are your best bet. I would truly be suffering so much without these. The pain relief isn’t instant, but when it kicks in, it works very well.

This is a period must for me. As someone who has always had painful periods, they’ve only gotten worse as I’ve gotten older. This does not relieve me of all of my pain but it does provide a lot of relief. It does take about 30-45 minutes to work for me, but I just keep that in mind between doses.
