I've never ordered online from them before and after this experience, I won’t again. They marked my package as "delivered," but I never received it. Instead of an actual delivery photo, they uploaded random images from a parking lot—nowhere near my address. When I contacted customer service for help, they were completely unhelpful. They insisted that because a photo was marked as "proof of delivery," there was nothing they could do. This is incredibly frustrating and feels dishonest. Poor service, unreliable delivery, and no accountability. Avoid ordering online from them if you actually want to receive your package. I won't stop making complaints until i get my money back or my package delivered for real
