Q: Are the little travel sized bottles refillable?

Q: Was this supposed to come w/ its top vacuum sealed to the bottle or with a tamper-evident safety band attaching the top to the bottle?- because the one I got came with just a single long piece of tape securing the top to the bottle.

A: Hi Glassy! Our TheraBreath Fresh Breath Oral Rinses should have a tamper-proof seal under the cap on the mouth of the bottle. If that seal is missing or broken, do not use the product. Immediately speak to Target about a refund. If you're having any difficulty with that, please contact us through our website for more help. TheraBreath does not vacuum seal our cap to the bottle, nor do we include a safety-band attaching the cap to the bottle. Some retailers might choose to do so, particularly for shipping purposes. I thought my teeth and mouth felt clean after brushing but incorporating this in my oral hygiene routine has made all the difference..my teeth and mouth feel so incredibly clean and refreshing!
