I deserve my money back
I received this item as a gift from my mother. After a few uses the left joystick was stuck in place and doesn't work correctly. How is it fair to me to receive a messed up item that was $110 and supposed to be brand new? Out of the box it looked like it could've been refurbished so I hope they aren't selling used items marked as "new". It's also really crappy that I can't return it because the item was purchased just over a month ago, but it wasn't opened and used until this past weekend. It's really upsetting buying expensive items and they come with serious defects that make the item inoperable.

De Quervain's tenosynovitis
What a hand saver. i have a nasty case of De Quervain's tendinitis in my left hand and having trigger buttons instead of using the left joystick has saved my hand. love the accessibility. (FYI trigger buttons are sold separately)

• Defective Right Out of the Box
I was so excited to give this to my son for Christmas. Unfortunately, the excitement didn’t last long. On Christmas Day, he opened it and started using it, but within about an hour he noticed stick drift. The controller pulls on its own, making games unplayable. This was extremely disappointing, especially since it was brand new and only used briefly before the issue started. A product like this should not have problems right out of the box. Sadly, my son hasn’t been able to use it to play his game at all.

Buying online is a joke. Yakima Target wouldn't let me pick up my order when I arrived. They said it takes at least two hours to process even though I had my order number and confirmation of payment. The product was in the shelf and they said they cannot do anything until it processes even though the online order said "may take up to two hrs. Not at least two hrs. I asked if she couldn't have it brought up or if I could back to electronics and was told no. Don't buy online at target and don't shop at Yakima target. The controller is probably great. I don't know because I don't have it yet even though I was in the store.

Controller is nice, but got horrible stick drift after like 3 months. Paddles and everything else work great, but borderline unusable with the drift.

Stick drift
Controller is great, but gets horrible stick drift after 6 months of barely gaming with it. If they could fix stick drift it’d be 5/5 stars

Controllers have poor wiring between motherboard and the integrated battery. This creates excessively drain on the power supply shortening the life span A replacement battery cost + $17 but not a repair for the none professional or faint of heart. Its a poor design. Stay away from the controolers with integrated battery. Xbox one controllers do work with the latest xbox consoles.
