Overpowering Scent
This gel has a very strong scent. Even after washing my hands several times, I can’t get it to go away. There’s no way I’m putting this on my kids. I don’t understand what the purpose is in making a child’s product with so much perfume. A mild scent would be nice but that’s not the case with this gel. I won’t buy this again.

Unique gel, great hydration!
My boys hate putting on lotion but they like this! No complaints from them about texture. The gel absorbs quickly so they don’t feel sticky and we can move on quickly to pajamas after bath. We live in the desert, so it’s always dry and this hydrates really well for everyday use. I even use it on my own very dry hands (I wash my hands constantly) and it works as well as my thick hand cream. It does have a baby-ish lotion smell that I don’t hate but don’t love, but for us the smell isn’t bothersome. It has solved a very specific issue of needing to put lotion on my kids that don’t love the sensory experience of most lotions. Really glad I found this.

I really enjoy the scent of this lotion. I usually bathe my daughter at night and apply right after. In the morning, her skin is dry like nothing was applied. The baby aveeno lotion keeps her skin moisturized longer. I’ll use this lotion until it’s gone but I won’t repurchase.

10/10 recommend. Formula is soft and super hydrating. Doesn’t leave any oily or sticky residue and soaks right into my toddlers skin. I was concerned about the scent because of the reviews I read beforehand, but I’m glad I formed my own opinion. Personally the scent is really light and not overly sweet. If you’re sensitive to smell I’d recommend opting for a non-scented lotion completely.
