    Not good

    Don’t waste your money. I have tried many pre workouts and this one was sooo bad. The taste was horrible! Left a gross after taste and it didn’t help give me energy I was tired instead and not motivated to get a good pump in. Also, it hurt my stomach right after taking which has never happened so I just threw it away and went back to my C4. HUGE difference off the back! love the C4 or Alani pre if you want an affordable option but pls don’t buy this. Horrible experience.

    I do like it, but...

    I really liked this and actually finished the container. I love that it didn’t make me jittery. It helped me go to the bathroom but not urgently or consistently which I appreciate. The only thing I wish is that they would take out Sucralose and put stevia. That is the only reason I won’t be repurchasing.

    I am very sensitive to caffeine but I was desperate to try something that could provide energy without making me feel sick and shaky.
