    Be aware, Contains Xylitol

    I really wanted to use this product, but it contains xylitol which is very toxic to dogs. As I am aging, I tend to drop things on the floor. I am afraid this product could seriously harm my dogs if I dropped it. Sorry Nature Made, you are my go to vitamin and supplement brand but I have to pass on this one! Please take out the xylitol.

    Works as intended!

    Have been having difficulties with sleep lately and these were recommended. So far so good! Within 30 mins of chewing the tablet I could feel the calming effect kick in. Slept really well last night and plan to again tonight with the help of these pills. While they aren’t the softest to start chewing I don’t think they are too hard and the taste is perfectly fine for a chewable tablet.

    Minus 1 star for the taste

    These work really well for my hot flashes and they do help me sleep better but the taste and texture is awful. It's like a gritty bitter tums that sticks in your teeth and leaves a bad aftertaste. I really with these came in a pill form. I recommend them if you can tolerate the taste and texture because they do work. I unfortunately am going to look for something thats not a chewable.

    No Noticable Difference

    I have taken this nearly every night for the past month and have not noticed any difference in stress levels, relaxation or sleep . I will not be purchasing again.

    Amazing supplement for anxiety and relaxation.

    So bitter as to be intolerable

    Despite the cane sugar and xylitol being the first and second active ingredients, thee is a horrible bitter aftertaste to this. Xylitol is also very poisonous to animals so it is important to keep this product extra secure from pet access. This was expensive to find out it's unpalatable. Wish I could get my money back.

    Tasty!!!

    Good addition to a healthier lifestyle

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not prefer chewable supplements and although these were not bad, not too chalky and didn't have an aftertaste like some others, I would still prefer a regular capsule that can be taken with my other supplements. That said, they definitely work. I have wanted to find something to relax me at night as my days are beyond stressful and these really helped me. I take it about one hour before bed and I can actually feel the calm come over me. Although they are non-drowsy, I have not taken them during the day because I prefer to take it at night and it's a once-a-day tablet. If you like chewables and are also looking for something drug free, this is a great supplement to try.
