Sadly not worth it
My baby loves this item but unfortunately after only a month of use it’s now malfunctioning. It replays the same song over and over again when you tap one of the feet rather than saying a number or color like it should. It also stopped moving when in that mode.

Love the toy, hate the paint!
We got this for Christmas at 6mo old and it's still baby's favorite toy almost 3 months later. He loves that it lights up, moves, and makes noise. My 8yr olds love turning on the different modes and playing with it too. It's engaging for all! Cons: Baby loves putting everything in his mouth and tries to chew on the face. The black part of the eyes is not water friendly and has started coming off when he is mouthing it, getting all over his face. (Don't love the idea of him ingesting that!) Paint on its face also scratches off very easily. Two volume settings- loud and louder. Only moves on hard surfaces, nothing on low profile rug or flat/smooth blanket in first two modes.

The toy did not do crawl mode properly and the music was skipping/glitching badly. It would say "you got me!" too quickly and did NOT encourage crawling by my 9 month old. I returned this item which was a hassle because I got this item in a same day delivery and then I had to return it to the store. First Baby Einstein product and I'm not impressed.

Glitching
Originally I was going to give this 5 stars because it was so fun during tummy time, but then it started acting strange after 2 months of playing. I tried new batteries but it did not help. Any time you push one of the numbers it starts spinning like crazy back and forth and keeps saying the number three. Now it is making crazy noises (see video). Very disappointed.
