Annoyed

While quieter than other blow dryers I have used, it has stopped working only after using it for less than 2 months. Return window is only 30 days so now I'm having an issue with getting my money back. This is not a cheap blow dryer for it to stop working already

Quiet & easy weight

It works well with my wavy hair. It's quiet - quiet enough that my toddler wants me to do his hair & isn't scared. It's not too light nor too heavy. I like the clicking buttons for the various settings. Intuitive, & easily manageable. I've used it 3+ times for 10 - 30 min each & it doesn't get too hot or smell funny - seems durable so far!
