    Poor quality, missing stitches

    This rug came folded in a box too small. It tools a long time to flatten. Once it did it was obvious it had missing pieces and incomplete tufting. Disappointed for h tbh e price.

    Cheap & awful chemical smell

    Smell made me ill in 5 minutes it took to unfold and try to flatten and lay on floor. I am used to rugs being packed as a roll, this rug will take forever to flatten out and after reading these reviews I see others had that exact problem. The design looks cheap and stamped on versus colored fibers. Will definitely returning.

    Beautiful rug!

    Love the print of this rug! I wish it was a little bit thicker, there’s not much padding to it at all but with a rug pad underneath, it would be perfect. We purchased the grey and absolutely love the color of it. Great rug for the price!

    Scrunchy Rug

    This rug does what it needs to do, and the pattern is really pretty. However, it’s very thin so you will probably want a rug pad to go underneath. Additionally, it takes about a month to go flat. I just shampooed it for the first time today though and it immediately scrunched back up - maybe it shrunk? The rug pad underneath now is too big when it wasn’t initially. This a good rug if you need something temporary like me who has a new puppy (it’s not worth getting an expensive rug yet). However, if you’re looking between a pricey option that will last you longer and this one, choose the other one if you want something hassle free and that will last longer.

    Love it but hate it

    The carpet bunches up. I bought this is both the round and rectangular. I could never get the round to lay completely flat. The outer edges would bunch up. The rectangular one laid flat until I shampooed it and then it started bunching up. Otherwise I love the design of the carpet and it's held up well against 4 dogs

    It buckes like crazy and is a safety hazard

    I really like this area rug. It looks nice, brightened the room, and has, apparently, been stain treated because iced tea spill did not leave a single trace of stain. The problem is the rug buckles and I have tripped over it several times. It will not lay flat. I have tried a number of things to try to get the buckling out. It will not budge. I am sad about this because it is such a nice looking rug.

    Love the rugs

    The rugs (I ordered 2) are better than expected! They do NOT have a heavy chemical smell as some reviews stated. They DO need a rug mat to prevent slipping, but I knew that prior to ordering, so we are good. The sizes were perfect and the quality, softness & colors of the rugs are better than expected.

    It’s not a good quality rug, the material was deceptively listed as jute, but its jute backing and a synthetic rug. Also, the photos and the AR view make it look like it is a warm color (beige and pale gray), however it is a crisp white base. Way too bright. Does not match anything. It was also a hassle to get it straight and aligned to corners. Do not recommend.
