Q: How often do the filters need to be replaced? Or do we clean thrm ourselves?

  • A: This unit has two HEPA filters and two Pre-Filters. The pre-filters need to be replaced after 3 months of run time and the HEPA filters need to be replaced after 6 months of run time.

Q: How does replacing these filters work?

  • A: After turning off and unplugging the air purifier please use the release mechanism on the left side of the unit to take the fan top off the unit turning it counterclockwise, remove the old filters using the attached tabs, insert the new pre-filter in front of each HEPA filter, place the new filters back into the unit and set the top of the unit back on, twisting it clockwise into place.

Q: I bought 2 of these fans. They both go Off and on unexpectedly.has other people had this problem?they aren't cheap.we are upset.

  • A: When did you purchase these fans? Not knowing the model numbers, it is too hard to tell if the units are still under warranty or not. Please reply with the date of purchase, and I will be better prepared to help you.

Liked it, but broke after 3 months of use.

I like the style, but I use a fan every night while I sleep and the motor already sounds like it broke and the amount of air blowing is drastically decreased. The noise of the faulty motor woke me up. It’s a bummer cause it’s an expensive fan that only lasted 3 months and now I’m outside of my return window.

Item is okay, but I would’ve preferred for it to be stronger and somewhere on the item to hold the remote control. It was a no for me for the price tag. It was very light in weight so if you are someone that needs something light this is for you.
