I was amazed at how much dirt this was able to pick up. It worked right out of the box. It hasn’t had any issues. The self cleaning and drying mode is wonderful.

I see everyone had an issue saying to fill the clean water tank. I had the same issue was going to return it but then I filled it to the very top to the point when I closed the cap to the water tank water squirted out of the hole then it finally worked. I give it 1 star because it would tell me the used water tank was full and it would only have less than an inch of dirty water in it. It drove me nuts had to return it and customer service will only send a refurbished replacement. They are terrible. Luckily target accepts returns. I now purchased the shark hopefully will be better quality

Have been dealing with major issues with leaking and both tanks giving me errors. I’ve contacted the company and all they’ve done was send me new tanks every time. They do not offer gift cards or vouchers so you can purchase a different unit, only a refurbished one. I will be ridding myself of this useless vacuum. Didn’t even last me six months. Don’t waste your money!

I purchased this item on a great deal after Thanksgiving. Theoretically really easy to use but it never worked. It kept telling me to fill the tank with clean water but it was full. Called Dreame to troubleshoot and they determined it was a hardware issue. Returned and target sent another Dreame k20 pro and matched the original purchase price. Same issue again and called Dreame again. Same determination. Dreame told me to return the product and purchase from another retailer because target may have received a "bad batch". Requested to buy it from them for my Same purchase deal price and stand behind their products. After weeks of back and forth by email they said no. I was told I could buy one of their refurbished products from their official ebay site. Dreame doesn't care about customer satisfaction apparently and even more so doesn't stand behind their products. Dreame is now a hard no from me.
