  • A: The cleaning pads will not stay on the steam mop. They've used cheap velcro and they will not adhere. I purchased many new pads designed specifically for this mop by Shark. I cannot use my mop.

    Okay, but leaves tiles a bit smeary.

    Bought a month ago. Whilst it's definitely easy to manoeuvre, I'm finding it is leaving the tiles a bit smeary, despite using distilled water, and clean pads, every time. Plus I hand wash the pads with a liquid soap.

    Love this steamer it is so easy to move around the floors and it goes right to the edges around the walls. I was pleased with how it cleaned my floors without leaving water everywhere. I would definetely buy it again.
