This chair is so well made. We have a different brand that is much more expensive, and these materials are nicer. It’s more plush with 2 nice cup holders. HOWEVER the headrest piece sticks out way too far on the sides. My child was leaning forward to be able to see out the window which completely defeats the purpose of a high back booster (keeping your child’s posture straight). Such a bummer because I got it during the car seat trade in event. I hope I didn’t lose my coupon :/

Terrible process on Targets part. first they told me it would be delivered by one then they said it would be delivered by two then they said it would be delivered by three. I just got a call saying the item is out of stock. I specifically ordered it from them because it was going to be delivered today. I need to take my grandson to the doctors.

Booster seems very comfortable and fits my almost 5 year old well. I like that it has latches for the lower vehicle anchors as an added safety feature.

We have always had the Nuna infant and toddler car seats, they’re super nice! We decided to go a less expensive since a more about getting your kid in the right position for a seatbelt and when we heard that Joie is the same parent company as Nuna we decided to try it. I was a little nervous because all of the reviews seemed highly incentivized, which makes you wonder if they’re genuine.. Well, I’m super glad I took a chance because it does feel like a good one for the cost. The plastic and fabrics and buckles are definitely not to Nuna’s standards, but the price point is 1/3. We just opened it, so I can’t speak to durability yet, but we’ve owned several car seats over 3 kids x2 vehicles and I have no concerns about it. Happy with our purchase!

It’s difficult to find manufacturers details on baby/kid equipment. No manufacturer information with made on or “good to” dates on outside of box. Mine was bought 5/2025, made 12/2024, and good for 7 years. This is made in China. Red circle on top of box was covered with shipping labels (see photo) It explains once seal is broken it may be difficult to return. After breaking the seal, I noticed a duplicate label on bottom of box. Oops. I have not used this yet, I’m a grandparent so it will get occasional use. I am good at putting things together but am having difficulty snapping 2 pieces together. The reviews from users were good, and Joie seems to have good quality. I liked the latch attachment on this. The QR code near the manufacturer date leads you to a strange site, I’m going to X it out. I hope this information helps someone out.

The child that currently uses this doesn't require the back anymore, but love this option for when my other child grows into a booster seat. It’s gonna make going to school so much easier because of the non-four-point harness. I also really love that you can grow with the car seat. It has really nice cupholders that you can either slide in or keep out and has a button where you can take the seat clippers in or out, which is really nice because a lot of times there’s just a lot of extra Cord hanging out.
