Shark Stratos 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum & Mop RV2710ZE 9" Cleaning Path White

This vacuum is so chaotic when it starts cleaning! Not following any pattern as you'd expect nor it really cleans edges/corners. The map that it sends at the end always has gaps in random places in the rooms. It also got stuck on my carpet so many times! We got this one thinking that I'm "upgrading" from the bObsweep ultra vision but oh boy, I was wrong! we never had these issues with that one! It just doesn't have the self cleaning mopping function so thought I'd change but one day in with this vacuum and already regretting my choice! Giving it another day before I return it but save yourself the hassle. Also, if you're thinking of buying this, notice also that all the 5star reviews on here are from people who got the vacuum gifted!! Wish I noticed it myself sooner!

It works and is easy to set up. However, due to its lack of real-time cleaning of the mop, the result is not shiny but dull. This is especially true when salt is left on the floor after the winter. I will upgrade to a roller system.

I had a shark but I figured I would try out iRobot…worst choice ever! So I am back to shark and I will never go back! It map the house in less then 30 minutes with a pretty accurate map. Set up was quick and easy. Runs great! Never gets stuck! So happy with it

When it does work, it’s amazing. Today it decided to Mop some of my carpet on the way to the floors. It emptied partially out in middle of floor after vacuuming. Today it needs me to pick it up because it can’t find the dock. So much for hands free lol. I’m Going to give it 30 more days. Wish I would’ve really paid attention to the reviews.

I freaking LOVE this robot vac!!! Best one we have owned thus far. Does a great job and the consumables don’t break your budget. I would buy another in a heartbeat!

Works great, easy set up! Wish I could make smaller rooms with the maps. We have some smaller bathrooms and hallways.

My last needed frequent emptying, even during a run sometimes, but this one is good for weeks, with no odor. It’s not loud, and gets over the edges of rugs without trouble. The vacuum picks up dust, crumbs, and pet hair well on hard floors, and the mop is good for light cleaning and keeping floors fresh. However, the mop doesn’t scrub tough or sticky messes, so you would have to do it yourself beforehand. It does an all right job cleaning the carpet. Suction is average, but for everyday upkeep it gets the job done, just not as well as a regular vacuum cleaner would. The app is easy to use for scheduling, mapping, and setup, which is very simple and easy. Overall, it’s a good choice if you want convenience and constantly clean floors, but it’s not a replacement for a real vacuum or mop.

This robot been giving me issues since I got it . I was looking for something under the couch and I was surprised by the dust amount the I found , I sent the robot for spot cleaning because I thought the kids did something 😅, so the moment it came out to start the spot cleaning it went back to the dock and says mission completed. I sent it back again , and Samething! I figured out later its something related to the map.When I looked at it, I see a Grey area where the couch at and thats why the robot is not going there at all, even though my old robot used to go there with no issues. Anyways, I did re maping over 15 times and then contacted Shark and they sent me new one. I did the map over and over again with the new one and everything still the same . Everything different Grey areas or obstacles that don't exist .I think all the good reviews are paid for through influenster so guys be careful! No i don't recommend it to anyone.

I can be cooking and my shark Stratos Robot Vacuum takes care of the rest. My floor looks great and it saves me time. I like the options the Robot provides, it can spot clean, or just vacuum, it can easily multi task by vacuuming and mopping at the same time! The design on the robot looks fancy and nice, but if it didn’t have the circle on the top center of it I am sure the robot vacuum would do a better job cleaning under my furniture. The robot also detects what areas still need cleaning and returns to finish the job right. The robot also navigates well throughout my home after completing the mapping. Other than that, I love how the Robot self cleans itself and lets me know once the job is complete.

It empties itself, refills the water, and washes and dries the mop, so you’re not constantly maintaining it. It actually feels hands-free. The vacuuming is strong, the mopping leaves floors noticeably cleaner, and it handles everyday messes without me having to think about it. I also love that it has HEPA filtration, which is a plus if you care about dust and allergens. If you want something that keeps your floors clean with minimal effort and fits into a busy lifestyle, this is a solid investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blows my previous robot vacuum away! Starting with components, you receive the base, the robot, 2 mop pads, and one container of cleaner. The cleaner is good for one tank full, which one tank so far has lasted us 4 mops and still isn’t empty. Battery life is good. We live in an ~800sq. ft. apartment and find when just vacuuming it doesn’t need to charge while running, but when vacuuming & mopping it does. For vacuum/cleaning ability, it does a great job catching fine particles (we have a cat, so clay litter, which isn’t always easy to vacuum up). If you have long hair/have a pet with long hair, the hairs do get caught around the brush so check regularly. For scheduling, you can choose from vacuum, mop, or vacuum & mop. We set it up to mop Mon/Fri and it does such a good job that we don’t find any need to greater frequency. Overall I am extremely happy with this item, it is making day to day easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned several robot vacuums in the past from brand name companies, but none of them even come close to the technology and intelligence this shark vacuum/ mop robot exhibits. Allow me to explain. After I first received the robot, I set it up. My living room. Setup took approximately 15 minutes. The instructions were clear and can be found in multiple places. They were on the robot base itself as well as attached in the package. There was a quick start guide that made it very easy to set everything up in only a few steps. The robot connected to my Wi-Fi within seconds and after that everything was a breeze. The app was easy to download and walks you through every step of the installation in minutes. Like many other robots, it is quite fun as you do get to name your robot. I went with SharkLock Holmes. The app is also easy to navigate. The first run is a mapping run. It maps out the entire floor of your home and it actually did it quite quickly. My mapping run took about 45 minutes for about 1400 square feet. This is one of the things that was different from previous robot vacuums. It not only was able to map my house quickly, but also did it with extreme accuracy. I really didn't have to edit anything at all except add doors to each room which I would have done regardless. With previous robot vacuums, I have had to change many things since they have not accurately mapped my home. I was already quite impressed with this feat. Once mapping was complete, I set it on a vacuum run. Here's another thing that was different from previous robot vacuums. Most robot vacuums just travel willy-nilly. I can never figure out how they move because they seem to go diagonal and skip rooms all together sometimes. Oftentimes, they leave a lot of dirt behind. This is where the shark robot vacuum/mop shines. It will literally go line by line through each room before going to the next room. Maybe this is just an OCD thing, but it makes me so happy to see this little guy clean in line with my floors and leave those beautiful vacuum lines on the carpet. I also absolutely love the edge brush as it sweeps any dirt straight into the suction. This vacuum is also extremely powerful. The suction is strong and manages to suck out any stuck on pieces of string or lint on my carpets. I've had so much trouble with other robot vacuums and honestly, even when I vacuum with a stick vacuum. It's not a problem at all for the shark robot. In terms of the mop, I was pretty impressed with how well it actually mops my floors. It does come with its own mopping solution that lasts about a month if you mop every week. This is something that does need to be bought separately afterwards as a refill, but is relatively inexpensive and good value. The mop also goes line by line and avoids carpet. When the the robot first maps your floors it actually makes note of where carpet is and asks you to confirm when you set it up. Thus, it avoids any carpet when it mops. I've never had another robot vacuum be able to do that with minimal assistance from the user. It also leaves my floors clean and not overly wet. I was surprised at how well it mopped. I was not expecting it to get that perfect balance of clean without leaving floors. Wet. Absolute genius. I also really like that everything is simple on the app. There are three modes. Vacuum, mop, vacuum and mop. You can choose this on the app or even on the robot itself. I personally like to do both separately, but I think it does a fine job if you hit both at the same time. I do feel like it cleans a little better when you do it separately though. I also love that you can choose to clean rooms separately. For instance, if you only wanted to clean your kitchen one day, it is very easy to simply clean one room on the app. Now, once cleaning is done, it's simply moves itself back to its base and empties the dust bin. It will also clean its own mop head and dry it. This is literally touch-free. You really only need to clean the large dust bin on the base out every month. Same with the dirty water. The robot will also tell you when you need to clean both of these out. So it could be more or less than a month based on how much you're cleaning. Smart doesn't even begin to cover this robot. It is just light years beyond every other robot I've used. This is the perfect cleaning tool for anyone who leads a busy lifestyle for even someone who is sick and tired of cleaning themselves. I don't know how I've been this long without it. It honestly has made my life so much easier. For the amount of power and intelligence this thing has, it's actually remarkably compact. The base is about 12x12 in and about 18 in high. It really doesn't take up a lot of space and is quite inconspicuous even if you put it in the middle of your living room. I have recommended this to everyone I know and cannot stop recommending it. It really has been that much of a game changer for me. It is absolutely well worth every penny. You won't go wrong with getting this robot vacuum/ mop.

This robot is so easy to operate and maintain. It smells so fresh every time it self empties. The robot does an amazing job cleaning up as thoroughly as possible.
