Are you sure you need this?

Giving this 3 stars and here are my reasons. 1. Very comfortable. I wasn't so sure if XL would fit me, but figured I would give it a try as I followed the guidelines and it worked perfectly. 2. These seem to be heavily scented. I can smell it right when I take it it out of the box, go to the bathroom, etc. We don't need anything scented. It irritates us. It's not healthy. 3. I have PCOS and I have a uterine fibroid. Was hoping I would have tested these out with the super heavy bleeding/blood clots, but didn't get a chance to. I can't say for sure these will help or not, but I hope it helps someone.

Amazing coverage

You couldn't tell no weird odors or any leaking anywhere it was as pleasant of an experience that you could have wearing bladder underwear. Bulk, but Works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My take on the Always Discreet Overnight Underwear is they're ok. The waistband and panty itself felt fine and were comfortable. Didn't feel like I was wearing anything 'weird'. The pad itself was just okay. It was a bit bulky and felt diaper-ish. Also, where the pad starts can be a little irritating. As far as effectiveness, great job! No leaks or feelings of wetness.. So that part was successful. If the bulky middle could go away I'd be sold 100%

A tad snug in the bum
