Tastes and smells absolutely putrid. I want to yack upon opening bottle. Titanium dioxide…not necessary.

vitamin B-12

The B-12 in this product is cyanocobalamin which is a man made b-12 . It can be dangerous if you have certain medical problems. I is made from cyanide. The one b-12 everyone can use is safely is methyl-B12.
