    It's a B for me!

    Excellent product which I have been taking for some time as I have a problem absorbing this vitamin the natural way. Also good for my mood. This higher strength seems to work better for me and I find it essential to have the complete B Complex

    I had been taking capsules

    I had been taking capsules of vit B12 in the past and ordered this as a replacement. Unfortunately they disagreed with me maybe due to a binder or one of the other ingredients ?Never had anything like this happen before with Solgar products so will stick to capsules in the future.

    vitamin B-12

    The B-12 in this product is cyanocobalamin which is a man made b-12 . It can be dangerous if you have certain medical problems. I is made from cyanide. The one b-12 everyone can use is safely is methyl-B12.

    Great product BUT pills too big to swallow

    Great strength tablets BUT I have had several chocking episodes as the pills are so large to swallow and stick to the throat even with loads of water. (They are not soft capsules and large in size). I now cut them in half. Is there any way these could be made smaller or in soft capsules?
