Pain relief, it works!
IT WORKS!!! I had extreme leg pain and nothing could get deep enough in my hamstring. This baby gets ALLLLLL the muscles you can put on it. Also a bit of a workout using it so win win.

If you want a firm foam roller that will last, this is it! Excellent for rolling out muscles, as it doesn’t lose it’s shape over time. It’s a nice size for traveling and is hollow in the center so you can store items inside. Love the grids as well !!

I use this roller on my quads, hamstrings and calves. It is sturdy and the variety of surfaces enhances the effectiveness. It's a bit more expensive than some, but worth it in my opinion. I have used a traditional foam roller and a "trigger point" roller for years. This one is my new favorite. I bought to have on vacation to use after bike rides. Next best thing to a sports massage.

Very useful
This has been helping me a lot. It definitely finds your trigger points. After starting to use this the pain in my hip is becoming more tolerable. This also helps me with my back pain. I would recommend this to anyone. I have let several people try mine and even though they don’t have as many trigger points they still enjoy using the roller. To me it helps free up my muscles.
