I purchased this mop because I bought a similar one from another brand and the pole kept snapping. The true and tidy true clean feels better made. A BIG plus is the true separation of dirty and clean water making this mop superior to others. Only wish I had found this one before purchasing the first mop!

I went with this mop and bucket instead of the bigger brand Lowes carries because I didn't see anything wrong with this brands bucket leaking or anything falling apart after a couple of uses. It cleans well and gets the job done. I love this product.

What I like most is that there is a “true” separation of clean water and dirty water.

Positive: I like that the system works totally different than the regular bucket that I used to clean the floor. The most important thing for me is you don’t have to touch the dirty mop and water, also you don’t have to bend your body. Negative: the TV advertisements and instructions included are not very clear on how the mechanism works. Almost I return it because of that. Respectfully, I recommend to be more specific in how the system or mechanisms works, not only showing the mop entering and exiting from the bucket and cleaning the floor. Thanks

wish I could more easily detach and reattach the clean lid and it keep working easily. only flaw. had to buy another but I bought again to give it a try again because. I loved my first one so much

It’s easy to use. No need for costly cleaning solutions. You can use water and whatever your cleaners are with it. It’s always got just the right amount of moisture to the pad. Would highly recommend.

Just received yesterday, mopped my floor today! I love this mop and bucket. I love the idea that the clean and dirty water are separate so i am actually cleaning! Very easy to use. I like it better than the spin mops.
