Almost perfect
Here’s the deal. I love this. Until it stopped working. I’ve only had it for 3 months and I just had to deal with customer service because the battery stopped lasting and it won’t connect to my phone anymore. Customer service is a huge pain in the butt to deal with. As far as features go I love it. I’m giving a 4 star because I really do love it. I just wish customer service was better.

Absolutely don’t buy. They shouldn’t even been selling this in the U.S. Bought for my daughter for Christmas. Didn’t work right out of the box. She can’t get it to pair to her iPhone and there is no light like there should be. Contacted customer service and she was told they can’t support her because of a lawsuit with Oura. The website says it’s not available in the US so why was I able to order through Target.

Excellent sleep and cycle tracking!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the ring for over half an year now and Im super happy with it. The activity tracking for sports could be better but since I tend to use a sekretem device for this im not too bothered. Sleep tracking is excellent but I think cycle tracking was the biggest game charger for me. I never rememberd to track my cycle and now that ist done pretty much automatically I've started connecting my symptoms to my cycle and discovered my healh issues are due to perimenopause. The data collected made it so much easier to advocate for myself with my health provider! No subscription is also key here!

If you are looking to purchase this ring, be sure it is what you want and you have the correct size. I am sure this is a great ring however if anything is wrong, it is not returnable. My advice would be to order direct from Ultrahuman.

A big plus for me was its affordable, subscription-free price. Initially, it was the practical form factor that attracted me, and pairing capabilities with the most popular smart watches and iOS and Android phones. Easy to wear, fashionable, super light, and comfortable to wear all the time. No need to remove around water, thanks for being waterproof. I discovered a new world of advice on better health and well-being. Impressed by the sleep, stress, cardio reporting, AFIB, recovery, and brain age, stress management data, and amused by the accurate caffeine window. Not perfect but improving daily, with WhatsApp 24/7 customer service when needed.

It feels like nothing on my finger, the build quality is excellent, and the recovery/sleep data has genuinely helped me make better training decisions. The app feels smarter and more intuitive than most wearables, and the daily insights are actually actionable. If you care about recovery without wearing a bulky watch 24/7, this is a no-brainer.

There are a lot of cool features, data to analyze, and they display it for you in a way that is digestible and not overwhelming. I like the suggestions it gives you based off of different patterns you have. The best thing I like it for is the sleep analysis, and the score it gives me. It gives me insights I haven’t had before! Although now that it is a year out from me having it, I did start having some performance issues like it not tracking data completely.

Buy something else!
I want to love this ring so much, but I can’t recommend it to anyone. At first it worked great. I liked the sleep tracking and all the data. Then earlier this year they offered the ‘chill mode.’ It tracks a little less and saves battery life. I felt like I HAD to choose this, otherwise it wouldn’t hold a charge longer than a day. It’s advertised as 4-5 days, but more like 2-3. Since a new firmware came out in June, my ring loses connection and there’s no way to tell. I’ll charge my ring, check the connection and go about my day. The next morning I look and it hasn’t recorded any data. Big waste of money!!!!

It tracks stress aswell as sleep and heart rates! I love the scoring system it does too! I never understood the value for money after testing this and it’s top of the marks

When the product works, it is great and provides valuable information about sleep/body temp/stress. However, since purchasing in Fall 2024 the ring has failed x 5 to the point of requiring a replacement. Ring will either stop charging or disconnect and be unable to reconnect to app/phone. Customer service was initially great but once your warranty expires (1 year) they were unable to help despite my most recent replacement only lasting two months (Sept 2025-Nov 2025). If your ring stops working, I highly recommend getting a refund instead of a replacement as it is likely your replacement ring will fail over and over again. Originally purchased the Ultrahuman in gold as it was more affordable than the Oura ring. However, I now wish I had spent my money on a smart ring that actually lasts more than a few months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Ultrahuman ring everyday and most of the data points are reallyuseful, sleep cycle info in particular. However, their activity tracking still needs inprovement i.e. it records steps when I'm riding a motobike and does not pick up other activity like pilates even when I upload them manually. Really hopethis will be corrected with further software updates
