Awful, waste of money with zero customer support.
DO NOT purchase this ring. It stopped working less than 2 months out of the box and Ultahuman customer service DOES NOT help, at all! DONT buy it. It is an absolute WASTE of $350 and their subreddit is full of fake posts praising their customer service and deleting real posts from users with the same issues. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

My daughter got this ring for Christmas. It stopped working the second week of January. Just wouldn't connect to the app. I went back and forth with customer service and was refunded. They said direct sales to the U.S. stopped in October of 2025 and that some retailers are just selling their leftover stock. I did have to insist on some sort of compensation but as stated they refund the money. Very disappointing that we didn't even get a month out of a product that cost almost 300$.

DO NOT purchase this ring - ultra human claims to offer a 1 yr warranty but they are unable to uphold that warranty and can do absolutely nothing - and if you are out of the 14 day period for target they won’t do anything either - so if your ring has any issues your stuck with it and no one can help you - I purchased my ring on dec 22 an it wasn’t activated until dec28 and the battery won’t hold a charge and no one is willing to do anything for me - shame on target for selling products that manufacturer won’t uphold warranty - seems very wrong when you are promised something. Why were thy allowed to sell their products through target if they couldn’t uphold the warranty after October 22? Beware

Battery was so terrible. Wouldn’t even last 24 hours. Because of the whole lawsuit with oura it was very hard to deal with warranty through ultra human. Target wouldn’t take the return because it was past 30 days. I finally got my money back via pay pal… that’s not sketchy at all! LOL

Buyers Beware!
I decided to opt for the Ultrahuman AIR after comparing the price to the aura ring. The HUGE price difference between the gold option from each brand, and the lack of a monthly subscription, made me choose the Ultrahuman. Unfortunately, I only got ~3months out of my first ring before it completely died. It could sit on the charger for hours without ever responding. I purchased the protection through the Ultrahuman app because it was expensive enough that it felt justifiable to me. I worked with customer service to try troubleshooting and ultimately got a replacement ring. I thought that maybe I had purchased a defective ring. Welp. That was not the case. The second ring lasted for a few months and died exactly like the previous ring had. If the price of this ring was not so much, I would’ve given up and moved on. Nevertheless, I worked with customer service, again, to replace the SECOND ring. Don’t get me wrong, when the ring works, it is really awesome. I love the app features and health insights. I have had my third ring for ~6 months now and it still has moments where it does not connect to the app, even though it has full charge. I really wish Ultrahuman would address this issue because I have seen countless reviews stating that this is a huge problem. Please consider my experience before purchasing this ring. I can’t help but feel like the aura ring is more expensive for a reason. I really love this ring when it’s actually working, but geez. I had really hoped to get years out of this device. Unfortunately, it’s a big no for me.

Have been using several months and really like its integration with Apple Health and FreeStyle Libre system. Good insights. Also tried Oura and didn’t learn nearly as much with that system and Ultrahuman doesn’t require a subscription. 2 year warranty extension is fair.

Not even 24 hours into using the ring it stopped connecting. I tried everything to connect it again and I have been directed to drain the battery which will take about 5 days. Not even sure if after that it will reconnect. Extremely disappointed.

Cheap - terrible customer service
Don’t buy this ring. I bought one for myself and one for my mom. You have troubleshoot this ring everyday. Sometimes it doesn’t even give you insights on your health score. I’ve reached out to customer service and all they ask if it’s updated. Yes it’s running on the newest update. Battery life is trash, you’ll have to charge it everyday. Don’t buy - please just buy the Oura ring. I wish I did.
