Description

The 2-in-1 GT quickly converts from a trimmer to an in-line wheeled edger and back again. Save your money and don’t buy a separate trimmer and edger.     WG163 WG163.X 20v 12"

    Will use trimer in a few hours..had no problem with assembly..the handle extension will help with my 6'5" height..this is the 6th one I have purchased over the years. The batteries will help..I have several that don't work over the years..Are lifetime spools still available?

    Doesn’t Work for even trimming.

    The line feed doesn’t work and no way to cut grass even. No wheels on grass guard. Why offer it!

    requested feedback review on this product

    it works as i expected. It is like the other on that i bought that when the head gets bad or broken it cannot be repalced, so throwaway like the last on and is far too common nowadays across much of the. consumer product offerings world wide. That said i would like to know what the trimmer line is as it seems to be better than what the hardware stores display

    trimmer head adjustment

    I found the trimmer head to be a little hard for me to adjust to the proper position because I had to use my foot and bend over to adjust it. The one I saw on your web sight had a locking / unlocking bar for trimmer head adjustment and I was wanting that one. That is why I am returning the one I received. I was just afraid it would break if I put too much pressure on it. Though I have been really satisfied with the products I have purchased in the past I didn't feel this trimmer was right for me. I will be searching your web sight again to locate the one I want and will be more than happy to purchase more tools from you in the future.     Can't switch shaft to trimmer position from edger

    Newly assembled from.box. All good EXCEPT it seems to be locked or stuck in the edger position (as it was in the box). Watched many videos. No help. For me trimming is primary need. Before I return it, is it likely this one is faulty?

    Hello there! Thanks for your feedback. We understand that switching the WG163 from edging back to trimming can feel difficult at first. The design does require a bit of leverage: for best results, remove the battery, place one foot firmly on the cutting head to brace it, then unlock the shaft collar. While keeping the head steady with your foot, pull up on the handle and rotate the shaft back to the straight trimming position until it clicks, then lock the collar again. This bracing step helps prevent the head from turning and makes the rotation much easier.
