A typical set includes a colorful play board or XL mat, matching cards, one or more dice, and hands-on pieces such as foam swatters or small figures.

The playing surface is typically an XL mat made from rubber-backed textile or similar durable materials to provide stability and a smooth play area.

The usual objective is to collect the most matching cards. On a turn a player rolls a large die (or follows the turn prompt) and then identifies and claims the matching card—often by swatting or grabbing it.
