Great for the waistline!
On reading an article about this strain from Dr. Mercola a few years back and it is not easy to find. I found this version reasonably priced by Swanson back then. I have taken it since and find it very good to help keep my late 50’s menopausal waistline in check, so much so that it is a must have for me! If you indulge in sweets (I don’t near as often these days) you will see the strain was given the correct name 😉. But it definitely helps the body digest carbs better.

Still waiting for results.
I can't tell if its doing anything. I got it because weight loss studies showed it could support weight loss, and it is hard to find individual strains. I'm wondering if it isn't potent enough or if they aren't making it to my gut since the stomach isn't very hospitable for probiotics. Maybe they could consider enteric coated capsules in the future.

Improvement in acid and GERD symptoms

Works well, gentle on system
I love this particular probiotic. I take one every capsule every night before bed. I am starting my fourth bottle. It does not aggravate my stomach and works well for me. I currently pair it with a morning probiotic (Fem Flora) to aid in weight loss. It is working well for me. I tried a more potent probiotic but it was too strong for me and I came back to this.

Totally Replaced My Previous Routine, with Better Results
Great product. I had doubts about its shelf life because I didn't see anything in the ingredients to feed the bacilli, but it works all right! I used to take Florastor in the morning and Phillips Colon Health at night, which was expensive but effective. One of these lactobacillus gasseri capsules in the morning has all the same benefits! And it doesn't bloat me up, either. I'll keep buying this and I recommend it.
