this Biotin helped a lot they make my fingernails healthier my hang nails are clearing up, and look a lot nicer

Great small capsule size

I never like to take the full daily amount of biotin, so it's great it comes in two capsules, so I can take less. I can't find it anywhere.

Seems to be working

I bought this Biotin several weeks ago, but I needed to finish another brand that was opened. I started the Swanson Real Food Biotin less than two weeks ago, but it seems to be making my weak nails stronger and longer.

I was excited to see this real food product, but I notice nothing so far been taking it at least 3 weeks. When I take Swanson Super Strength Biotin I feel hair growth almost immediately. But, I am not noticing much with real biotin. I will finish taking the bottle though, in case it takes longer to work. Thank you for offering quality products @ affordable prices (& research & info)

Too early for me to tell

I'm glad that Swanson has real food biotin. I haven't been taking it very long, so I hope it will bring good results for may hair, skin and nails. If I get good results, I will keep reordering.
