[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a vegan friendly Iron Supplement. It is in liquid form and I found it easier to take the. Tablets that for some reason affect my stomach differently. The flavor is blackberry. I like how ‘clean’ this supplement is. The blackberry flavor is from organic blackberrys. You need to shake the liquid before taking it. There are only six ingredients including purified water and citric acid. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottle was a lot larger then expected. The liquid is a greenish/clear color. I was hoping this would taste better than it did. Initially it has a berry flavor but then that metallic taste at the end. I love other products by this brand but this one just missed the mark. I am going to try and continue to take this as I need an iron supplement but the after taste was not good. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just had my seventh baby a few months ago. My iron has been low for a long time. I've been trying to boost my iron with other options but nothing has been really helping very much. I know the low iron is leading to fatigue! So I got this too to try and improve my iron! The price was right so I gave it a shot. Unfortunately, I just cannot get past the taste. It is initially sweet like the blackberry flavor but there is a strong lingering smell and taste. I usually power through but this is gross lol I received an incentive to write this review.

The blackberry is very light and I found it to have no weird aftertaste or really any aftertaste at all. It’s consistency is very thin and depending on age you are taking up to a tablespoon. I think it comes at a reasonable price point compared to others on the market and as someone who needs iron supplement, this is a great option. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so gross!!!!! I like liquid supplements. This says it is BlackBerry flavor. I tried just a tiny amount and it tastes like rusty nails. I could not take the full dosage. I don't think I would be able to get kids to even try this either. It does not come with a syringe or measuring cup so make sure you have that on hand. I don't think it's even possible to mix this with something to get rid of the taste. Don't recommend I received an incentive to write this review.

I tend to get anemic during pregnancy, so I was excited to try this (with the approval from my healthcare provider). I was worried at first since it’s a flavored liquid I thought it might taste bad. Personally I thought it tasted great on its own, flavor is pretty light and pleasant. Texture is a bit thick. Being a liquid was a little different, but it is digestible and doesn’t leave an aftertaste. I do wish this supplement had a dropper or way to most accurately measure my dose. I personally did not like the flavor but it was definitely a light blackberry flavor. It was a very thin liquid easy to swallow, rather than a thicker syrup texture. The packing was sufficient and the product arrived with no issues with leaking. Be sure to shake the product up before using as it is a bit thick and after shaking thins out. The taste was surprisingly pleasant. It was slightly sweet and like a mixed berry flavor to me. It was easy to swallow and digest. After taking this product for a few days, I did not experience any side effects so I plan to continue taking it and hoping for positive results with my iron levels. It is blackberry flavored and it is pretty strong so you may want a sip of a drink afterwards. It’s a bit medicine-tasting and this is the only reason I removed a star. It did not upset my stomach or cause constipation which is a huge plus for an iron supplement. The bottle is large and the liquid is a super light gold color. Despite the taste, I would order again I received an incentive to write this review.

For my age group it’s suggested that I take 1 Tsp. The taste is fairly strong and unique. There is a hint of blackberry taste. Overall it’s not bad but not the greatest. The ingredient list is short and effective. The taste is light and while it does taste like blackberries, it does still have a slight aftertaste of iron. The consistency is also slightly oily (I assume from the glycerin), but not unappetizing. I received an incentive to write this review.

My doctor recommended I start taking an iron supplement and I’d already tried other products from this brand so this was my go to! This liquid iron has a nice sweet, but not too sweet, taste to it. I take approximately 1 tablespoon so this bottle will last me a little over a month. It has a tint of yellow color as why not natural does not use any artificial ingredients or dye. Great product! I am anemic and I don’t particularly like taking liquid form of vitamins but I find this is a great way to make sure my iron is absorbed correctly. The texture is an oil based texture and the fruity taste really helps mask the coppery taste of the iron. I don’t mind it too much and I find that it tastes fine. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am usually low in iron (and am anemic while pregnant), so I have taken many different types of iron supplements. I’ve found that iron in capsule form is usually constipating while liquid iron seems to be better on the stomach and less constipating. However, the last liquid iron supplement I took had a taste that was almost unbearable. Why Not Natural has really delivered on a liquid iron that has a good taste! The blackberry flavor is sweet and strong. This does have the metallic aftertaste that is common for iron supplements so I did need to have a sip of water afterward. It’s hard to see inside of the dark bottle but it is a light yellow liquid color. I received an incentive to write this review.
