Unsatisfied
I had a Rowenta Iron for years, but it started to leak and I needed to replace it. The Rowenta replacement Iron does not hold up to the former one, it does not get hot enough and the dial is difficult to turn to the desired settings. Not too happy!!

Disappointing
I have had a Rowenta for years and bought this one when my old one gave out. This is a very disappointing version. The buttons are difficult and the steam doesn't come out consistently. So very disappointed. Returned.

Terrible iron for the price. It's heat setting does not seem to correspond with the temperature. I'm trying to iron a silk pillowcase and it barely smooths the wrinkles on the silk setting. It is heavy and clunky as well

Regret This Purchase
I am about to give up on Rowenta irons. This one seems to be uneven in temperature, going up and down. It is not as hot as I had hoped it would be.Others I have bought “spit” the water in the tank. I willl just buy less expensive irons in the future.They are about as effective..

Steam Leaker
Paid extra for more suped-up version (made in France vs China), and this thing LEAKS when using steam and it's brand new! My old one I'd had for 25 years and only recently started leaking.

Heavy weight
We love our SteamForce+ steam Iron, only concern my wife has is the weight of the iron. Keep in mind my wife is nearly 5 foot, 107 lbs! We've always had Rowenta irons and only complaint has been leaking water after owning for a period of time which can be very annoying, this iron so far hasn't leaked!

Great product
I have had Rowenta irons for many years! What a great product! just recently had the Rowenta Professional iron and can’t give enough rave reviews, I just replaced it with the Steam Forced iron. So far it’s done a good job. I miss the clip on the cord to help better with storing when not in use. I’m not sure I like the steam burst button’s position yet, but sure I will get used to it in time. With all things new and not do familiar, it takes time to get use to. I do hope that this iron does not leak as the professional did with long term use.

I love this iron! Lots of steam and gets hot enough. I have been buying Rowenta irons since the early 1990's. As a professional seamstress, I use my iron all day. I will continue to buy Rowenta irons in the future. Thank you for a great product.

My Go to Iron!
This is my third Rowenta iron in over 20 plus years. My second one fell off a cheap wobbly ironing board and met its demise. Still good enough to go to Goodwill. So starting a new era with a new heavier ironing board and this Rowenta. Lots of steam, easy to use, if a tad heavier than my older iron. Definately a quality product!

Glides like butter
I’m in the large minority that actually loves ironing. I iron everything from king size duvet covers to t-shirts so a good iron is essential. This iron has cut my ironing time in half. It glides like butter through deep creases. Where it could be improved is a retractable cord and a larger water reservoir. I have to refill it three times during a batch of pillow cases, duvet cover and 5 t-shirts. That said I do like its small footprint and that it’s easy to store.

I'm sorry to say that I'm a bit disappointed with my new iron. The surge button is in a VERY awkward spot and make holding the iron extremely difficult. I wish I had paid better attention to the picture online before purchasing it.

no temp indicator
I had a model I loved for years that recently quit. This was the suggested replacement. The dials are different on this one and not as descriptive as I’d like. The old model indicates when it reached the temperature for cotton and such. This new one has a hard-to-read dial. Unfortunately I didn’t inspect it thoroughly before I used it otherwise I would have returned it.
