I have been using the collagen peptides powder for already 2 months every single day and I haven't noticed any difference on the quality of my skin or my nails. My nails are so weak and break easily as before starting using this product. I am very disappointed because I bought it based on the good reviews. In my case it is a waste of money and I won’t buy it again
