Its legit

I know this stuff works. I took it in the evening, and the next day I had increasingly bad gas. There was some biological warfare going on in my stomach lol. Didn't have that problem the next day.

It's Giving Mudslide

I usually love everything from Swanson, but this probiotic was a nightmare. I'll spare you the gory details, but I thought I had a stomach bug for about a month and a half. Yesterday I tried a more diverse probiotic strain from another store, and my symptoms cleared right up.

Nice product that is reasonably priced. The bottles last a long time. Each individual acidophilus capsule is effective. They don't loose their potency. I've used this brand for years. It's a great value.
