Perfect colour for me
I purchased this product a week ago, unsure how it would turn out. I have long blonde hair. My hairdresser isn't available due to illness. So only ever having the same hairdresser for 45 years I thought I would give it a go. Wow I am blown away by how well it's covered my roots. I have ordered a few more. I haven't tried doing the underneath as yet as I would need at least two packets. The price is fabulous too. I am very happy.

There’s no way this color comes out “Dark Ash Brown”. So annoyed I wasted money on this.

What even is this.
Such a horrible product. I haven’t even used it. But I mixed the tubes a the solution is a creamy yellow hue. I’m Not putting that in my hair!!!

This didn’t even work. I left it on for 15-20mins for stubborn greys and it did nothing at all!! Definitely disappointed!!

I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first. I’ve never colored my own hair before — my highlights are usually done by a professional salon color specialist. I love it
I have used this for the first time. I have always been a dyed blonde in my adult years. I recently come across your very light blonde Root Touch up. I love it and will be using it forever!! I can't believe how perfect my roots were. The only thing I found difficult was using it at the back of my short bob hairstyle, I did try but I wasn't very successful.any advised on how I can find an easy way to colour the back of my hair.

Not worth the money
I have been buying Root Touch Up Medium Blond #8 for years. However, the quality of the product has declined. I get my roots professionally touched up every 6 weeks and use the Clairol Touch Up half way through at 3 weeks. The product used to hold the color until my salon appointment but not anymore. Now it fades in less than a week with the blonde fading to gray. Sadly I will now have to find another brand to replace this product that I have counted on for years.

This product is not worded correctly
I just bought this think it would be good to color my gray Roots. Well I tried and it is not just for covering gray roots. When u are calling it a roottouch -up. It made my hair dry and hard to comb threw. So I think u should be call Root small touch-up spray. I would like a refund please.

Best root cover up out there!
I've been using this spray for years! I color my hair dark brown but I use medium brown spray and it works just fine. It doesn't get on my hands and lasts until I wash my hair again. I have used many many brands over the years and this is by far the best!

No longer covering grays
I have used dark brown Root Touch Up for many, many years. I have in recent years, colored my roots with the product every 5 weeks. The last 2 boxes were using the colorblend. After using the first box, I noticed visible grays while my stylist was cutting my hair, that has never happened before, I assumed I must have missed them. I used the second, and I can see the product is not fully covering the grays. The lack of gray coverage is more apparent after using 2 boxes over 10 weeks. The grays are longer than just the normal grow out and visible. I am very disappointed and embarrassed that my grays are showing after just coloring. I have always purchased several boxes at a time to have them on hand. I returned the three boxes that I had. The amount of product also seemed to be less. Unless the issues are addressed, I will look for another product.

Not blonde much darker
I bought medium blonde for my ash blonde hair. It turned out brown! So my roots are brown and my length is blonde. Looks so weird. Hoping it will get lighter with washing. On the awesome side did hide all of my grays.

I do t know why someone would rate this poorly. I love shade 4R! It’s always out of stock and easy to use. It’s like going to salon. You need to make this shade in an all over permanent hair color. Maybe like that new one with no ammonia Yes, please!!

Something has changed
I have used Extra Light Blonde forever. First of all it’s almost impossible to find anymore and the formula is different and the ammonia smell is much stronger. I don’t know why the company keeps saying that nothing has changed. I thought it was just me and then I started reading the other reviews and it really gave me pause because this has been my experience. Can someone from the company please tell us what is going on.
