Description

Sun Bum® Premium Moisturizing Sunscreen Lotion will protect you from harmful UVA/UVB rays while enriching your skin with vitamin E, an antioxidant that helps to neutralize free radicals, which are the main cause of premature skin aging. Sun Bum® Sunscreens are tested, approved, and recommended by The Skin Cancer Foundation (SCF). The SCF is internationally recognized as the educational leader to the public and medical communities related to skin cancer prevention. The SCF does not approve or lend its seal of approval to higher risk products that do not meet their stringent standards.

Uses helps prevent sunburn if used as directed with other sun protection measures, (see Directions) decreases the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun

Directions

Directions hold container 4 to 6 inches from the skin to apply spray liberally and spread evenly by hand 15 minutes before sun exposure do not spray directly into face. Spray on hands then apply to face. do not apply in windy conditions use in well-ventilated area. reapply: after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating immediately after towel drying at least every 2 hours children under 6 months of age: ask a doctor Sun Protection Measures. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10a.m.- 2 p.m. wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses

    Great backup when you forget lotion.

    Great for quick application when we forget to apply lotion before leaving the house (and don’t have access to a sink to wash hands after application). I keep one in the car, the pool bag, and the soccer bag. Sprays evenly and smells great. I don’t feel like it lasts as long as the lotion, but good in a pinch.

    Will cook you in the sun

    We had a fishing trip of 6 ladies yesterday and we applied this brand and everyone one of us got severe burns. I’m Filipino and don’t burn, I sprayed it on my arms and chest and now I’m completely burnt in just the area I sprayed. My friends are miserable and burnt all over also. Definitely do not recommend this product.

    Good smell

    I got this for me and my daughter when we go to the splash pad and it has a good smell and the coverage. Just be sure and read the directions because all I did was spray it on but you actually need to rub it in and let it sit there for a few minutes

    Very strong scent

    Spray is easy to use and the price is decent, but the scent is REALLY strong. It’s not a bad smell - sort of like the old Hawaiian tropic tanning lotion. It’s a good sunscreen, but it’s definitely not for those who are sensitive to scents like myself.

    Not effective, have zero protection

    I was in the pool for 2 hours, and this is how badly I burned with this product.I purchased it, hoping to find a clean, healthier option. I am very disappointed. I am fair skinned and wanted to have full protection with the spf 70. I will try to find another brand.

    + smells nice + I still burned with reapplication + difficult to remove, had to take a second shower and finally got it off with micellar water. I will be returning. Very disappointed and upset that I burned.
