Not effective kind of magnesium.
Recently I learned there are two kind of magnesium. This magnesium is not good for my purpose. Body can consume only 3% of this magnesium while consume 70% of citric acid kind magnesium. Calcium and zinc is fine. Also it is little difficult to swallow.

This combination of horrendous - avoid
These supplements are horrendous. Bought them because I thought they were a cheaper version of a brand I took. They are not: it's not the typical form of magnesium + it shouldn't be taken with calcium apparently.

Calcium & zinc should not be taken together
Calcium and zinc compete for absorption and should not be taken together. My fault for not double checking, but shame on Target for selling this as a multivitamin!

THE ZINC AND MAG AREN'T ABSORBABLE
PTHTHETTFFF THE MAGNESIUM & ZINC ARE NOT HIGHLY ABSORBABLE. THE FORM OF CALCIUM USED ISN'T THE BEST EITHER. PLEASE LOOK IT UP. I HAD TO RETURN MINE.

Titanium dioxide
Remove the titanium dioxide. Not necessary and it's inorganic. Magnesium glycinate is easier on the bowels. Coloring a pill with an ingredient that must constitute less than 1% overall seems risky as no one will care about the color. Target do better.

Minimally absorbed magnesium.
The magnesium in this supplement is not readily absorbed. Do you research and get the right magnesium.

Want calcium, not partial multi vitamin
I took your target brand supplement of calcium with D for years and it was great. Now it has magnesium and zinc added, and you need to take 3(!) instead of 1 at a time. So, I’m back to paying more for Nature Made to get calcium and D—bring back straight calcium and D supplement please. Not everyone wants or can have magnesium in their Calcium supplement.

DANGEROUS PRODUCT
This product made me extremely ill - nausea, diarrhea, light headed - I nearly went to the emergency room. I'm considering having a lab check the amounts of each ingredient of these pills because they can't be right. My reaction very closely matched what I've read about magnesium overdose.

Bring back the former Magnesium supplement!
I understand that some people need this supplement combination, but for the rest of us, who are looking for one that is strictly magnesium, I am very upset that it has been replaced with this. Why not produce both options, Target? As someone who has had her vitamin regimen in order for years, I do not need to overdose on other supplements, in order to achieve a healthy amount of magnesium. Oh well, I guess I will be shopping elsewhere for my vitamins, from now on.

Why all together?
There's nothing wrong with this is you need to take all of these things, but I took one star off because I miss Target's magnesium only supplement. I learned I am anemic and calcium can stop the absorption of iron, so I have to buy a magnesium only supplement from another brand that I haven't used before and I wish I could just stick to what I already know works for me: the old formula. Why did you change a good thing Target?
