Misleading on numner of number of doses
Good product, my complaint is this- why (other than trying to trick you into spending more money) do companies sell vitamins for like a 21-day period?? This is reason enough for me to not use them, it makes it impossible to keep up with all my vitamins or finding good deals. Also stop being misleading “42 GUMMIES” because it also tricks people into think they have over a month supply when they are getting “21 servings,” which is how it should be labeled if you’re being honest.

The other reviews have to be placebo effect...
This does absolutely nothing for me. I dont feel any calmer/ less anxious when I take them. I will say I dont take them daily, only "as needed" so idk if thats the problem. But others say it worked quickly for them.. that has not been my experience. The taste and texture are fine- not great by any means but doable. I just wish they worked for me

Versatile! For More Than Stress!
I started taking these after hearing some negative feedback from my doctor on Melatonin. These are an excellent alternative for those who struggle getting sleep. They don’t keep you in deep sleep through the night necessarily but certainly help you calm down to get sleepy in the evening. I have also been in situations where I have taken these mid-day for some anxiety/panic close-calls. Definitely a good supplement to have on-hand if you struggle with anxiety.

helps a lot when i get anxiety attacks from no determinable cause. does take a few doses but it works eventually. also help with the odd bad feeling after my ADHD meds wear off. not sure if works for real or placebo, but either way, makes my chest stop feeling tight

Really do help (unless it’s placebo effect). Tried the first time during a stressful trip home waiting in the airport. I did accidentally take the sleep one too and they both work great. I wish they gave me more than 60 for the price. Also they don’t say it on the bottle but you aren’t meant to take these vitamins/supplements daily.

Gave panic attacks when coming off of them
I think these worked "too well", they "calmed" my anxiety, but more in a numbing way than anything. When I stopped taking them or would run out I was having full blown panic attacks that I never was having before. Since stopping them all together there has not been one panic attack. I switched to Hello Happy by the same brand and am having much better results.
