I have been watching these guys for a long time. My wife got me this for Christmas and I was overjoyed. These knives look nice and are ridiculously sharp. I cut my finger washing one when my brush slipped just a bit. For context, I am a chef with years of culinary school and decades worth of experience. I have catered multiple events, and have been a private chef. No, these are not heavy workhorse blades but for a home cook? You're going to be very pleased with your purchase. Don't hesitate. My biggest complaint is with the steak knives. Steak knives should be smooth edged, not serrated. Serrated blades tear the meat instead of slicing the meat. The other blades are fine. I use the smaller ones a lot.

These knives are very nice and sharp. However, the steak knives are tough to use.

I really like that the knives are all one piece. My old knife set had wood handles and over time, water would get inside the handle and would not dry, you would grab the handle and water would drip out. The scissors handle is a little awkward, but I have other scissors for heavy duty cutting.

Every piece of cutlery is sharp enough for any meat or vegetable one has to cut. The display of cutlery is perfect and an asset to my kitchen.

These are possibly the best knife set you can invest in. They are sharp, sanitary stainless, culinary tools. Fit my wife's hands perfectly. Cuisinart provides excellent customer assistance in choosing their products. You will be more than excited when the product arrives. They back their product with an excellent warranty!

I would prefer to use this set a year before giving a true evaluation of this cutlery set. I have yet to truly use every part of its 19 pieces and have bee limited to just a small handful of the complete set. I like how it is one piece, for those with ive had with wooden handles (wood has pores and it must be added to the metal cutting piece, which in my mind allows germs a lot more easily to be found) so I am satisfied of its well built all metal self. They seem to stay relatively sharp, yet will still need sharpening. The serrated knives are nice, but, except for the steak knives, ive had limited use. Thus, i have given a high rating even though i have had limited use.

These knives hold their edge well and are very easy to sharpen when they finally do need sharpened

Knifes were sharp/clean when delivered. Great quality!

Love the block and the straight edge knives. The serrated ones cut meat good but you can’t use them to cut vegetables or they get stuck.

Knives require sharpening before use. Seem to be shipped dull. One piece structure of knives is exceptional and lightweight. Love the set.
