Someone is saying you can bake anything (without explaining how as there is no listed cooking fuction) and then the team responds with the list of the cooking functions (that doesn't include baking) without answering the question which I would have to take to mean, "your guess is as good as mine" or "you can try it but we aren't advising anything or without advising how one might try to bake cookies or anything) I would think the true answer is more like you would have to experiment depending on what you're baking.

    No Regrets!

    I love this thing. I will not lie though - the comments about the plastic smell are all valid, but it doesn't bother me at all and I feel like it will eventually go away so whatever.     Did not receive model AF101

    This is not model AF101 and it doesn’t not come with the wire rack. I ordered twice from Target and they sent me the wrong model. Either their description is misleading or they are making errors by sending the wrong model. Model AF101 is $119 and comes with the bonus rack. But they send me the AF10 series which is originally priced at $78.99. This is not a discount!

    It reeks like plastic & chemicals.

    I gave it 2 stars due to the plastic smell it releases when in use. I am also able to smell it & taste in the food. I’ve done some researched, some folks say it goes away after some uses but I can still smell it after a month of use. However, the food does cook well and quick. I will be returning it..

    The concept is not worth the hype

    I bought decided to purchase an air fryer after a waitress told me this was the best way to reheat foods that were restaurant leftovers, mentioning that fried foods come back crisp using an air fryer. I searched specifically for one that had "air crisp" technology, with the expectation that foor would remain crisp. I used it to reheat fried seafood, and didn't find that to be the case. While it did thoroughly heat the food in a short amount of time - without changing the texture the way a microwave does - the food did not come out "crisp". I did play around with various temperature settings and time durations. Overall, the outter layer of the batter/coating/skin was "fairly" crisp at best, while the inner side of the skin remained soft, close to mushy. Had I heated it longer, the actual meat would have dried out. Needless to say, I've had far better results warming food in my wall convection oven unit. This is just for quick warming, which I can do with my microwave. I can also depend on an oven if I want food to remain crisp.
