Love It!
This is my 2nd Cuisinart food processor. I replaced exactly what I had before. It is a workhorse, well loved in my kitchen. At my age it’s probably the last one I’ll have to buy and I’ll be able to pass it on to a family member. Great quality.

A very solid work horse
I bought this a few weeks ago to replace a slightly smaller Cuisinart food processor that had worked faultlessly for 30 years until small parts of its plastic bowl finally cracked and thebvery old bowl could not be replaced. I’ve shredded and I’ve mixed. Both functions work perfectly with obvious power even greater than its predecessor. I wish that a large dull plastic beater were available, but the blade seems to work ok for most mixing purposes. I fully expect that this food processor will outlive me ;-).

They don't make 'em like they used to
I would love to rave about my new food processor, but a plastic tab on the lid of the work bowl broke before I could even use it. Packing it up and taking it right back to the store. I've had my last Cuisnart food processor 20+ years and up until recently, it has worked beautifully. Clearly they don't make them like they used to. Sad because it was a great product. I will be looking at another brand.

Amazingly useful
I've only had my new food processor for a couple weeks but I've used it so many times already! Amazingly useful for all kinds of recipes. I've made guacamole, soup and a pie crust. It's really as easy to use as advertised. I can see much more cooking in my future.

I have been thinking about this machine for several months and followed the recommendation of America's Test Kitchen. I love this machine. It is quiet. Powerful and easy to clean. The one blade approach makes since and the slicing disk is very nice.

Loved it until plastic became brittle and cracked
I love the large size of this food processor and bought my parents one as well. Unfortunately, the plastic bowl and plastic parts get very brittle and crack. The latch cracked off my bowl so now I have to hold down very hard to get it to even work. So very sad. 😞 Hoping my parents don't rin into the same issue.

Too heavy to move on the countertop
We have returned the product. Too heavy and has suction cups that make it even more difficult to move. We have owned other food processors and none have suction cups or weigh too much. Braun products are our preferred choice. Simple and light weight.

A Necessary Tool In A Well Used Home Kitchen
This is a replacement 14C Cuisinart that I've had for over twenty years. This processor is excellent with and improved lid and "safety latch" on the top lid. (This is what broke on my 1st Cuisinart.) This is a premium home machine. It starts and stops immediately; it doesn't rotate on my counter or "walk" ... this is important. All the accessories are excellent.

Brittle, breaks easily.
We've had this less than a year and already have to replace the to and bottom bowl. The plastic latches are brittle and break easily. I wish it had a beefer design or had a stainless steel replacement. Over all the unit is great.
