Q: This does not contain omega 3s, so you suggest Baby & Me 2 Prenatal DHA & Choline supplement. The multivitamin contains choline, so why is it in the DHA supplement?

A: We purposefully leave out calcium (and magnesium) as those minerals, due to their large size, should be taken 2 hours away from your multivitamin. There is 15 mg of zinc in this formula which is considered to be 115% of the daily value. If you are uncertain whether a product is suitable for your needs, or you need advice on which combinations of products would be ok to use, please consult with your healthcare practitioner. They would be best to guide you as an individual.

I haven't ever had an issue with swallowing pills before, and don't have an issue with these either. I haven't gotten nauseous as I've heard can happen with other prenatals with iron. While it wasn't something I was aware of ahead of time, I like the eco-friendly-ness of a glass bottle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t really notice a whole lot of difference in my hair, skin and nails and I didn’t experience much morning sickness but I have taken at all times of the day, full and empty stomachs and have not noticed any adverse reactions or upset stomach. Used with my first pregnancy and have got again for my second. I do take along with the mega food calcium and magnesium and do notice later in pregnancy if I don’t take those as will get leg cramps at night. Little pricy in my opinion but has great ingredients and worth it for my growing baby.

DV of biotin in pregnancy isn’t even established by ACOG so not sure why this includes so much. Would love it otherwise. Had to throw away, I didn’t see a way to return/refund on the website.

I LOVED this prenatal vitamins; I used it throughout my pregnancy and even afterwards as well. It never made me nauseous, and I love that you can take it with or without food. I recently stocked up, and unfortunately, I came across an article from Lead Free Mama that these prenatal was tested positive for Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, & Arsenic. Such a bummer! I immediately had to return all of the jars I just purchased. Now I am on the hunt for some new vitamins to take.
