    Two pregnancies ago a midwife

    Two pregnancies ago a midwife recommended Megafood Prenatals to me, and I loved them so much that I splurge for them every pregnancy now. I've taken their prenatal multi, the dha pair, and on occasion I've had to take an iron supplement, and I always come back to Megafood. The ingredients are real, the results are real, and this supplement is the first one that I have taken as a mother that makes me feel like I am wholly nourishing both myself and baby while taking them. I recommend Megafood to anyone who can squeeze things around in their budget to make room for these prenatals while pregnant; it's so worth it!

    Bummer that they don't include DHA and you have to buy a whole other jar, so I ended up switching to another all-inclusive prenatal. Also, if you have any kind of nausea/gag reflex, buy the minis because these are HUGE and such a struggle in the early pregnancy days.

    I wish I knew about this prenatal for my 1st pregnancy. I love it, I feel like it exceeds what my baby needs. I don’t any after taste, the capsules are big but most prenatals are. Still I have no issues swallowing.

    Quality ingredients in just two pills! I have tried other prenatals and nothing else compares! I can take them on an empty stomach and not worry about it! (I don’t do this often but it is a bonus to know!) I think these are a wonderful choice in vitamins and I will absolutely continue to take them and hopefully move onto the postnatal vitamins in the near future! :)

    Gosh. I wish I had better things to say about this but I immediately barfed after taking these (and usually my morning sickness is just nausea). I’m going back to my sweet gummies lol. Dang. I think my stomach reacted to the high concentration of every nutrient/vitamin — it’s waaay too much!

    Used them for both pregnancies. Never made me nauseous. I like that they use the methyl for the B12. Still using them postpartum. I used their postnatals when I was breastfeeding my 1st , I felt like it helped me produce about 5-10 ounces more. But remember everybody is different.

    I don't mind pills but I think the after taste even though it's not horrible can make it hard to want to take these 2 tablets each day. Esp if you deal with nausea already and/or take other pills already. I may continue these again. Just trying something different for now.
