Beware of stomach issues!
Please beware! Monitor your baby and your own stomach issues while taking it!! This supplement gave me and my baby major stomach issues. He’s just 1 month old. I only used for like 3 days, in the morning and at night. I didn’t realize it was the supplements that were making us both very gassy and constipated until the 4th day. On top of that, when he did manage to poop it was diarrhea and we had like 4 blow outs. My baby was in so much pain. I even started drinking lactose free milk thinking that was the cause. But it’s these supplements. My baby is currently on formula, which defeats the purpose for us breastfeeding mamas.

from just enough to freezer stash
I was only pumping around 3-4oz combined which was just enough for one feeding. this supplement really helps with making a bit more especially during the night. I now have a small freezer stash for my son! Note: it does make my milk a lot more fatty so it sometimes looks spoiled even when it's fresh. warming it up helps if that is what your baby prefers!

Extreme nausea
I saw a lot of warnings online in reviews that this supplement can hurt your stomach. I took 6 capsules, as instructed, and I felt fine all day. Around 10pm, I felt really queasy and I woke up at 1am and was so hot, temperature wise, and was so nauseous for about 20 minutes. I returned these. Definitely not worth that side effect.

I wanted to love this product, it infact does make a difference in your supply but baby instantly became super fussy and unhappy, we even found a couple specks of blood in his poo. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately!

Target handling shipment
The review is for target handling shipment. Especially for a supplement like this where you might need the item on the day of delivery date. The delivery date got postponed and when I contacted target, two people told me to ‘wait’. That’s a no. I ran out of my bottle and since my supply is low, I need this item. I’m not waiting.

A friend recommended these to me after I experienced a sudden dip in my milk supply. I went from producing 4–7 oz per breast down to just 0.5–2 oz. I took 6 pills on the first day and 4 on the second, and I noticed a quick and noticeable increase—my supply went right back to normal, and I was even producing 2–3 oz more per breast than usual. Before taking these, I would only get engorged if my baby slept more than 4 hours, but after starting the supplement, I was feeling engorged every 2–3 hours. That’s how effective it was for me! However, I did notice a downside—my baby became gassy and had green poops while I was taking the pills. Because of this, I stopped after just 10 capsules to avoid upsetting his tummy further. Overall, I give this product 4 stars. It worked incredibly fast to restore and boost my supply, but the tummy troubles it caused for my baby made me cautious about continuing. I do recommend the product, but use it at your own risk and discretion—every baby reacts differently.

Really does work!
I started taking Pump Princess and did it for about 6 days but didn't see a difference. Then i switched to liquid gold and by day 3 I could see a difference by like .5 oz which is a lot for me, I was only pumping half an oz from both sides every session prior to this. Then I went up to one oz and now I'm pumping anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 oz per session. I was on a pretty regular pumping schedule while taking this pumping 6-8 times a day. I was extremely skeptical at first, I thought all these reviews are probably bought, as in they paid for them but will def recommend this to everyone I know!

Worth every penny!
I love this supplement! It 100% increased my supply and helped with my let down. I'm really enjoying all of the Legendairy milk products I've tried this far, but if I could only have one, I would choose Liquid Gold because I think its the most well rounded.

The Liquid Gold supplement actually works. I was skeptical at first, but over a few days, my milk supply has gone up! I love that it's all organic clean ingredients too. I don't like any weird ingredients when I'm breastfeeding.

I've struggled with my milk supply, having barely enough for my baby, and this supplement definitely helped me increase my milk supply. The past week I didn't had to supplement with any formula, my baby had enough milk from me! I'll definitely order some more when I run out of it.
