One day it was working fine, then it wasn't working at all. Might be a blown fuse -- but the appliance is designed with screws you can't remove, so you can't just change the fuse. Useless.

I ordered this for my elderly parents while visiting them. Their ancient microwave “exploded” while I was there and I feared for their lives. Estimated delivery on this new one was two days—after I’d be leaving. After I ordered, I realized that would mean my 88-year-old dad trying to lift it off the porch and carry it to the counter to set up (and he would totally do it!). Thankfully (and amazingly), the shipment arrived the next day so I was there to lift, carry and set up. KUDOS to Target shipping!

Very short life
Microwave worked fine but only for about 2 years, then it started arcing and sparking. Seriously!? buy a microwave every two years? They sure don't make things to last anymore. Now I have to figure out how to get rid of it. The only other complaint I have is that there is no interior light.

Sparking just after the warranty epxired.
This worked fine for about a year. About a year and a month after using it, it popped twice when i used it and it smelled like burning plastic so I’m not going to use it again because I don’t want to start a fire. Unfortunately the warranty is only for 1 year or course. There is a 5 year warranty on one specific part. I don’t know if that is the part causing my problem but I read you have to mail it in or take it to someone to fix it. I’m not going to do all that- too inconvenient. Guess it’s time to buy another one. I took a chance because I did see some bad reviews but I figured a microwave would last more than a year.

Not as great as previous ones
I got this because it claimed it was 1200 watts, ( which is what I had before) but no! It's 1000 and now I have to re-figure out all my cooking times. My last one was smaller and sleek and quiet, and this feels and sounds like a clumsy elephant. Even closing the door on it is loud. I would return it but my husband took it out of the box and immediately tore the box up. Be sure you get what they advertise!

No handles for babies
It looks nice on countertop. its really large. so I'm excited to use it with a family to take care of. I got this since it had no handle on it. my babies were just always trying to pull open with our other one. hope this stops them somewhat.

No no no
It didn’t cook! Everything took twice as long as our previous 1100 watt microwave. You can’t heat while using kitchen timer

Good so far
This microwave has been working well and looks nice. It was easy to pick it up at the store and the packing was good so it arrived in excellent condition. I haven't tried all of the features yet, but I generally like it even though I miss the one minute, add ten seconds, and subtract 10 seconds buttons on my Kenmore microwave that was fried in a power surge recently. Another nice thing about the Kenmore was the rounded interior back wall, which made cleaning easier. These are small things that I will have to get used to because the Kenmore is no longer available, but I wish that more manufacturers would include these helpful features. This microwave doesn't have a lot of buttons for cooking various things, but that doesn't bother me at all because I'm using just heating things up using the timer. Haven't used the sensor yet, but if I like it, it may more than make up for the other little things that I miss. I would recommend this machine for someone who want a decent medium-sized countertop microwave at a reasonable price. Time will tell about how durable it is.

I like the stainless steel and look of the product. I have used it a few times and so far so good. It gets hot quicker than the smaller microwaves and has several power levels which I like. Also there's a button for popcorn which I like as well because we eat alot of popcorn around the house. All in all it's a decent microwave and was much bigger than I expected

Very nice size
This microwave is really great. There is a lot more room in this 2.2 cubic inch than I thought. You can cook a ham in there if you want. This model has a lot of what I'd call extras cause I've never had a microwave with so much on the keypad to choose from to cook or defrost. This microwave is silver with black trim and would look great in any kitchen. I am totally happy with it and I use it every day

Very pleased with this model!
We've really liked this microwave! It's not super fancy or high-tech, but it looks nice and has everything we need. I like to use the 30-second quick start button for fast programming. We like the size, particularly the height, which seems a bit taller than our older model, and is nice for larger bowls. Food heats evenly and it's easy to use. Would recommend.

Small and simple = great
This small microwave gets the job done and fits nicely on the countertop. It’s very simple and small and exactly what I was looking for in a countertop microwave. It was easy to use, has about 7 warming features and for someone who is looking to maximize space and have quality appliances, this worked out well!

On the small side
I received this microwave as part of a promotion to provide a review. It was too small for me personally - I need a larger microwave to be able to put a 9x13 dish in it, so I would pay more to get a bigger size. However, if you don't have room for a bigger microwave, this one is fine. It seemed to work as intended although I've only been using it for a little over a week.

Panasonic Stainless Steel Microwave
The Panasonic microwave oven looks good and fits nice on my counter. The stainless steel finish on my microwave matches my other appliances nicely also. The microwave is powerful, yet quiet while heating up the food evenly. I would recommend this microwave, it is simple and it works great!

I am ready to throw this Panasonic Microwave in the trash! It has broken several plates and coffee cups, that are microwave safe. I heated for a normal amount of time for the product. That never happened with our Frigidaire that we left behind when we had to move. It transfers all the heat to the plate, and the food is cold. Also for a counter top it is pretty big and takes up most of my counter space. I would not recommend this product.

Panasonic Stainless Steel 1.3 Microwave Oven
The Panasonic 1.3 Countertop microwave oven in stainless steel is first off a good looking microwave, it goes really well with my black appliances as it is black and stainless steel. It is a good size, holds the size of a standard dinner dish. It has a child lock that can be turned on. It cooks and reheats food well. The door opens nicely. It is an 1100 watt oven which is 100 Watts more than my last microwave so it heats faster. It has Genius Sensor which offer various preprogrammed settings. It also has a kitchen timer which I like and counts down the minutes. It’s not a big deal but the beeps when the microwave is finished cooking are kind of faint so hard to hear if in another room.
