Okay, nothing special not worth the money
It is heave and does not move easily. Also only adjusts higher not lower so if you have a low bed or couch it doesn't work. The matress is hard so you have to buy extra stuff. You are basically paying for the brand there are many options out there that would be much more worth the price

Dont waste your money
Currently dealing with replacement of a part cause the bassinet doesn’t vibrate. The whole point and it doesn’t even work!

Terribe mattress
Really wanted to love this bassinet. The mattress it comes with is horrible. Baby was in the nicu for a bit and slept through the night. When taking her home and having her sleep in the bassinet, she refused to sleep. Thought it was just a coincidence and she needed to adjust until we finally tried out the crib because we were desperate for sleep and she was back to sleeping through the night comfortably. Further looked into this product and came across other parents stating this issue with their babies as well when using this bassinet. You would think for something this expensive they’d include a more quality mattress. Wish I could return it.

Thanks for the honest feedback. We've shared this with the team. Our mattress is designed to be firm to align with the AAP guidelines for safer sleep. Some parents (and babies) prefer the comfort and feel of the BassiNest DreamWeave pad instead for a breathable alternate option. This is sold separately as one more option to try. Otherwise, we're sorry to hear the mattress wasn't your favorite and appreciate the detailed review.

Superior benefits & High Quality - well worth the cost
Such a great bassinet. We had the older version of this for our first child 5yrs ago and couldn’t have been happier. Light and sound options are “just enough” (to be helpful but not too much/interruptive to everyone’s sleep), the height of the bassinet stand is adjustable (still plenty tall enough even for mattresses that sit quite high and far off the ground), and having the side that allows easier access without having to even get out of bed is also a wonderful and frequently-used feature in our house!!

Perfect bassinet
This bassinet was 100% worth the money. We went cheaper with our first baby for a bassinet and we regretted it because our daughter hated it and it fell apart so easily. But this bassinet has been amazing and we use the vibration setting to help soothe our little man to sleep. I love everything about it. It’s so easy to clean and change sheets. We have a very high bed and it is perfect height. Easy swivel which is very useful for us. And the perfect size. The legs are a little long but they fit under our bed and the fact they are so big just makes me feel better that it won’t tip over. It was very easy to put together as well.

Not great.
Just ok. Will not be using with next baby. Swivel feature was well intentioned but design just doesn’t pan out. The swivel mechanics are plastic with metal bearings and nuts/bolts inside, making it loud and clunky and wobbly when it swivels- 99% of the time would walk our baby up. Also, our baby would move at night or slam his feet down, causing the entire bassinet to clunk and jingle throughout the night. As if newborns aren’t loud enough sleepers- this bassinet made it worse. Our baby never liked it and didn’t sleep well until we used a crib. Also- Because the base is SO heavy, it will likely stay in whatever location you put it. It’s not easily transportable around your bedroom. Putting it next to the bed is just not realistic then, because makes it difficult to get in and out of your own bed (esp immediately post partum c section etc). So we ended up parking it away from the bed and never using swivel feature. Therefore also never needed the collapsing side rail. I think design seems good on paper but it just doesn’t end up being useful in real life.

Item never arrived
This item was purchased from my baby registry and it never arrived after the delivery date passed about 3 times. CS just kept telling me to wait, then they canceled my order without telling me that if I reordered that the discount that was applied wouldn't be given. Now I have no bassinet for my child and if I want this one it's 45% more than I originally paid due to them not delivering it then canceling my order.

Bulky and awkward
this thing is great except it can't be put into a corner because of the legs. if you have a bedside table it will have to be moved because due to the crazy long legs on the bassinet you can't arrange it to work next to your bed. next time I will go with something made to go underneath the bed.

Thanks for the honest and detailed feedback. We sorry to hear BassiNest Luxe isn't a great fit. Two of the four legs are designed to fit underneath most adult beds (even low profile beds), so it can be a great option even for smaller spaces. Sorry to hear it didn't work with your room.

Loved it
I really loved this. I was skeptical at first based on the reviews , but it works great! Swivels to the perfect spot and gives me ease while baby is sleeping. If, anything we just have to maneuver our way around it because the space didn’t work so well with the legs. It’s a small space between the bed and the wall so it made it just a tad but inconvenient , other than than I’d definitely use it again .

Great Product
This bassinet has been great! The mesh siding is great for watching our newborn sleep and wiggle around at night. The one downside is that it is bulky and not easy to move from room to room.

Useless and gimmicky
bought this after a lot of positive feedback online and even got various accessories... the vibration, light and sound features are gimmicky. Don't justify the cost at all... not even sure how to return this piece of junk. Also suffered the same with Halo swaddle -- the velcro is so crazy that baby jolts and bawls everytime we try to unfasten it

Love it!
I love this and it’s one of the items I would buy over and over again. The only thing I would change is id never buy this luxury model again because the light is so dim it doesn’t serve a purpose, you can’t hear the music over my fan even, and the vibration doesn’t really smooth my little one ever. The way the bassinet moves and you can pull it over your bed with you is by far my favorite feature. It’s like my baby is in bed with me because she’s so close but still safe in her own bed.

Too pricey and heavy
This bassinet looks lovely and all but it’s extremely heavy. And its hard to take off. It has the option to take the top part off and use it as a small carrier and place wherever you want, but its very heavy to do. I got a c section so just to even move this bassinet was dreadful for me. My husband had to move it around alot. The legs are not flexible at all and very long. So if you have a bed with no space on the bottom it will be an issue for you to fit the bassinet in place. Other than that its like any other bassinet.

I love this bassinet! My newborn did not like it the first few days but got use to it.I love the way you can swivel it closer and farther away from your bed, this feature is super neat. I also love the fact that it bends in the front so your able to pick baby up right from your own bed. These features make it possible so you don’t have to get up at all. This has been such a great bassinet and I’m so happy that I purchased this for my baby, it has definitely made my nights a little easier.

One of the Best Baby Gifts We Received!
Adjustable height, easy swivel in and out, and a bendable side bar...what more could you want? We used this bassinet up through nearly six months. A must have baby item for us!
