For best care and maintenance, we would recommend rinsing your mug with water soon after finishing your beverage to avoid letting it sit on the paint for too long. For best results, we also recommend hand-washing the Ember with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge.

    We have had heat cups before but this one is the best. Programmable, sleek design, nice color choices. I bought the cover. Too bad that wasn’t included. Price is a little steep but so far it seems worth it. I would recommend a purchase.

    2 issues. The white cup stains much to easily and the charge doesn't last as long as it says it does or as long as it should. For the money this thing cost, it is very disappointing.
