Doesn't Last

We’ve had this trash can for 4 months and now the lid doesn’t close fully. We’ve tried repairing it but nothing seems to work. This product is too expensive to only last for 4 months. I’m very disappointed. The color is great, and the size works well with most traditional trash bags.
