Difficult to remove
I would mot buy this product again. It looks great on the lashes but the problem is that when you gently try and remove it you lose alot of your lashes.

Disappointed
I didn't want to believe the "it smudges" reviews because I love Benefit Rollerlash so how different could it be. Well it's true it smudges throughout the day. By the end of work I'm Rocket Racoon. Great deal during 21DOB but sadly it's going back.

Hard to Apply/Smudges on Face During Day
I only purchased this mascara because it came in brown. Unfortunately, Ulta still sent me the jet black color. I decided to still try to use it, mostly because I did not realize Ulta's mistake until after the return deadline. While I normally love Benefit products, I do not love this mascara. It is difficult to apply because it easily smudges and flakes off, leaving big clumps of thick, black product on my face. (I do not have this issue with other brands.) It clumps on my lashes, and then flakes all over my face when I try to use an eyelash separator to fix the clumping. During the day, the mascara will smudge onto my upper eyelid and into the outer corner of my eyes. (Again, I do not have this issue with other products.) On the bright side, it does make my lashes look nice and long. I just have to keep an eye on them during the day to remove any smudging that shows up.

First time user
I'm 65 and tried this mascara a few weeks ago when I attended NYFW. I have mixed reviews about it's performance. It did thicken my lashes and added a little length. However, it clumped terribly. Maybe I should have let the first coat dry completely before applying the second coat. I purchased via HSN so I basically received two for the price of one. I will continue to use it and hopefully it will do better. Maybe I'll give the other tube to my niece.

Too long of wand
While others may like this I was not a fan due to the length of the wand. It was too flimsy and I could not control. The wand was willy nilly - all over the place. I have always used the mini of these however when I saw the full size was on sale I went ahead and purchased it. My preference is the short wand, which I will stick with. Otherwise it is a good product.

This is my favorite mascara but..
I have bought this mascara religiously for years, it's my favorite. But I think the formula may have changed or I got a bad tube. I feel like it's going on a lot thicker and clumpier than I remember in past experiences.
