    High quality and works well

    I have been loving these supplements! I've noticed that it's working as it says, it only took a week for me to see a difference. They also don't stick together in the bottle like some capsule supplements do. I will absolutely buy more of these!

    Seek the advice of your physician before use.

    I noticed that it makes me aggressive, anxious and frustrated. It also made me sodium sensitive. I stopped using it after 2 weeks.

    it works for the most part. i was taking it in the morning but then by mid afternoon i want to eat everything. will try changing to taking it at noon-ish so it lasts most of the day. i bought two bottles. will i buy again? not sure at this point.

    Ineffective

    The first and second day I tried them, I took the recommended dosage, but all it did was make me hungrier each day. The third day, I tried to double the dosage but the same thing happened again, i think i would be less hungry if i didn't take these.

    Not a miracle pill, but helps you help yourself

    I have used Combat Cravings for months. I does help curb the “snackies” a lot, but not completely. It took a week to 10 days to notice that I wasn’t eating every time I went to the kitchen, hunting sweets and carbs. If I time it right, it usually works into the evenings when I have that late night sweet tooth. It depends on my “diet” (usual eating habits), and helps while trying to break those habits to eat healthier foods. Sweets are hard to curb. Do your shopping when you are NOT hungry! Drink a lot of WATER!!! Sometimes, feeling hungry and snack-y is simply thirst. One of the best”tricks” I’ve learned is to drink a full glass of water (10 oz) before allowing any snack. A body needs water. It truly does help to get into that habit. But a simple pill is only an aid, not a miracle. It is not self control, but it helps to develop self control.

    not sure if recommend this. did not work for me

    not sure this did anything other than give me headaches. every day I was having horrible migraine level headaches. this was the only addition to my daily regimen. I stopped taking it, and the headaches stopped. for the price I would hope to have felt some type of difference other than the headaches.

    Feel dizzy and flushed after just 2 capsules over 2 days. I'm not continuing it since I feel so awful, but just remember- these are not FDA approved, so you are taking an inherent risk.

    Work great!

    I got these to help with cravings at work. I can say I have been taking them for a week and the really do seem to be helping. I also drink plenty of water with them. They were on the cheaper side of supplements and are definitely worth the price. The bottle is easy to open and easy to get capsules out.

    Worked for me!

    I take this pill to reduce my snacking during the day. I work from and sit at a deck all day so it is easy to snack constantly , but these pills has changed that habit. I am genuinely not hungry as often and eat my main 3 meals a day.

    It works !!

    Honest 60-Day Review – Impressed!

    I've been using this dietary supplement for 60 days now, and I’m honestly impressed. One of the first things I noticed was how quickly it combated my cravings. While some reviews mentioned it took a few weeks to kick in, I personally felt the difference right after the first dose. I take the supplement when I feel hungry but know it's not true hunger—more like emotional or habitual snacking—and it really helps me stay on track. In addition, I drink a lot of water daily (about half my body weight in ounces), and I've noticed that the more water I drink, the more consistent my weight loss becomes. On days when I drink less water, the scale doesn’t really move—but even then, the supplement continues to manage my cravings effectively. Overall, it's been a great support tool for me on my weight loss journey!

    This works for my cravings. I’m normally an emotional eater and I’m just not very hungry now. I think it makes me smell a bit differently, so there is that. The top to the container is junk. You have to take the whole lid off to open it. It should just be a screw top. Overall, I recommend it!

    These vitamins are a bit expensive for what they do. They didn’t really do much for me. I’m not exactly sure what the ingredients are, but I don’t think they really combat cravings like it says they are supposed to.
