    Save your money - Do not buy

    Very disappointed in how much this eyeliner costs for so little product and difficulty in applying since the tip can't be sharpened and smudges, even with primer. Definitely will not be purchasing again.

    hate it

    Of all of the items I have purchased, i’ve never hated any….until now. These are horrible. They don’t “sharpen”. I am left with a dull, fat tip that is useless for lining eyes. If this were an eye shadow, that would be one thing. But it’s not. Maybe there’s a secret to good sharpening? I don’t know.

Despite the plastic-coated appearance of the eyeliner, it is designed to be sharpened with any standard cosmetics sharpener. For best results, we recommend turning the cosmetic sharpener itself, not the pencil, gently 3 to 4 times, taking care not to apply too much pressure. After sharpening, be sure to clean any remaining shavings from the blade edge to maintain performance. For the most precise and effortless sharpening experience, we suggest using our Superhero Sidekick Pencil Sharpener, which is specially designed for products like this.     The old version was better

    Why did you change this? The old formula was better and you didn’t need a separate sharpener you could twist it to reveal more of the liner. Changing this to having to need a separate sharpener was a terrible idea. Ever since they sold the company the products are just worse.

    Love the Color, Sharpens like Doodoo

    This is great eyeliner, the color is great, it goes on smooth. BUT... the sharpening aspect of it.. absolutely terrible. Sometimes I buy one and it works great. Most times, it doesn't sharpen worth a you know what and like the one I have right now, half of it went to waste because the bottom piece fell off and got stuck in the cap and it's no longer usable. So frustrating.

    Waste of Money

    It's wonderful the first use. As soon as you need to sharpen it, forget it. You'll sharpen almost the whole pencil before you get more liner to use. So disappointed especially after paying that much $. What a waste!

    Glides Super Smooth

    This eyeliner glides very smoothly over my eyelids and does not look crepey! As my eyelids have matured, some of the drier looking eyeliners not only hurt, but emphasize wrinkles. This no-tug gel formula is the exact opposite and stays put all day.

    LOVE this eyeliner!

    I LOVE this eyeliner in Powerful Plum. I hope they aren't discontinuing it! It's super smooth, easy to sharpen, and lasts a long time. This is my favorite eyeliner so I'm hoping it will come back in stock soon!

    Dried out

    I used to like it but it gets dried out and falls out of the pencil. I had to throw it out try better

    Hi there! Thank you for giving Superhero No-Tug Sharpenable Gel Eyeliner a try! We are so sorry that the pencil has dried out! This is a sharpenable eyeliner and IT doesn't advance to the top. For best results, we recommend using a pencil sharpener to turn the pencil gently 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge.
