I changed my old one last night and put in the new one. Really easy to do and seems to be working great. Glad I got a 3 pack of them for future needs. At the beginning, we were not sure how this air filter will fit in. But, it fit in nicely. It is quick and easy to install. The filter is light and it lasts about 6 months. So, you only need 2 air filters per year. Since, We replaced the air filter, I didn't notice any food odor/smell. It does it work well!

I really like that they are putting these filters in the frig now, which keeps from having the backing soda boxes in the way.     Great filters

There is a bit of loose carbon in the packaging and on the filter, so I just wiped it clean before putting it in the fridge. I couldn't really tell the difference between this and the name brand one that I replacced it with.
