Do not cut or puncture pacs. If pacs stick together, do not try to separate them. MAY IRRITATE EYES. Do not get in eyes. Keep out of reach of children. FIRST AID TREATMENT: Contains nonionic and anionic surfactants, ethoxylated polyethylene polyamines (polymer) and enzymes.   • A: This is an excellent question. Washing machines have different capacities that may affect load sizes. We recommend you first check the manual for your machine. In the meantime, when a washing machine drum is around half full, you have a medium or regular wash load. For a large load, the machine will be about three quarters of the way full and for an extra large load, fill the drum. But, be careful not to overload your machine, since clothes need to be able to move freely. If you have other questions, or if we can help further, please give us a call at (800) 879-8433.

Q: Has Tide changed the formula for the free & gentle pods? They used to be a milky white color but now they are yellow. I'm afraid the new formula will cause me to break out.

  • A: [10:09 AM] West, Matthew Carcinogen is not intentionally added ingredient in any of P&G’s products. Because arsenic is in the naturally occurring in the environment, arsenic is found in trace amounts widely across many products such as food and cleaning products. The results shared by CR are very low, safe levels, well below any established safety limits for a cleaning product.

    Remained on my jacket

    As much as I love Tide products, I ended up with part of the pod on my jacket and I had to rewash it. That had never happened to me before. I was so surprised. I’m not sure if I will stop using them. That will be determined at a later date. I think if it happens once more, they will no longer be part of my grocery list.

    Love the product

    I love the product its the best one for my daughters sensitive skin but this last batch I bought is not doing so well the pacs don't dissolve properly they are getting all over my clothes and blankets having to rewash never had this problem before what is going on!
