Q: How do you clean it?
A: Hi, Thanks for your question. You can hand wash the lid but for the unit itself you can take a wet dishcloth/paper towel and thoroughly wipe out the blade area where the coffee grinds sit. Hope this helps.

Q: Can you plug it into a electric socket or is it battry powered?
A: Hi Lee, The Bremen has to be plugged in to a socket on the wall .It is not battery powered.

Q: I am confused. In the picture above, it seem the longer you grind the coffee more coarse it gets?
A: Hi,The longer you grind in the Bremen grinder the finer the coffee becomes, if you grind for a shorter time the coffee will stay coarse.
