I know magnesium has a lot of benefits, but that one is by far the most impactful for me. It is a larger pull unfortunately, but that doesn’t affect me. I’ve tried powders in the past and do find that it absorbed better— so I would love to see that!! Overall, I’ll be adding this to my routine

I haven’t taken it during the day. I’m going to try taking it an hour or so before bed as part of my winding down routine and see if it has an even better effect. I appreciated the brown glass jar packaging, helps from oxidizing and keeping the supplements fresher longer.
