I can’t get past the weird consistency of the product. First, it’s really hard to get out of the bottle. Second, am I the only one that does not like the weird little globs of whatever it is that’s in the shampoo? They don’t dissolve nor does it lather very well. Third, the smell. Don’t really like it. I did love the results. My hair felt great. Used it a few times but I can’t deal with how weird it is. I really like liquid glass but that shampoo was a little drying on my hair. I thought this was the answer but unfortunately it isn’t. :(
Defective maybe? No lather and leaves pieces of plastic

I think I have a defective bottle. It is leaving big pieces of residue in after using, and there’s no lather at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The original purchase that I made of the same shampoo was defected. I emailed them back because the replacement was defective as well. I still have not heard any response in resolving this solution. If need be I can send both bottles back to you that you replaced that are defective

Perfectly hydrating without weighing down my long, straight hair. Love the beachy coconut scent.

This shampoo is horrible. It left white specks in my hair. It didn't foam up so it was incredibly hard to spread it evenly throughout my hair. Will never buy again. Returning immediately.
Don't try this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shampoo was so thick it wouldn't come out of the bottle, I opend the lid and the shampoo was like a cottage cheese consistency and smelled bad. I returned it and I am still waiting for a refund after 13 days.

Used it once and left white things in my hair. And even after blow drying you can't get them out. I will be returning and not buying again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a shampoo that hydrated my dry, fine hair with some wave when wet. This works really well, leaves my hair hydrated and soft. I gave this a four as I love the smell of Southern Belle and this smells like pina colada. Not a fan, but use SB’s volume mousse and a condition with a different smell as well.

I bought this product to help me brush through my hair easier, and to help hydrate it. It left my hair feeling clean, lathered up well, but didn't not hydrate it at all. My hair felt stringy and more dry after use.

At first i thought you had to shake the bottle because the ingredients didnt seemed well mixed. Turns out it just has weird white chunks in it that don't dissolve. When i brushed my hair after these white shampoo chunks kept falling out. Ive never had anything like this happen before. Its a bummer because it smells like summer.

I purchased this wanting to dry a different dry bar product. The shampoo arrived and the smell to me was more like puke than coconut, and the texture was gross. Separated and clumpy. Not a fan of how it leaves my hair.
.. but why is it chunky?

I really liked just about everything about this shampoo and conditioner... But this shampoo is... Chunky.. I have very dark and thick hair, and the chunks in the shampoo do not dissolve... It left rubbery chunks in my hair?? I am very confused by this. Will probably try to exchange it for something else, which sucks because I liked it otherwise. I don't feel like it smells like popcorn, but it's also not super coconut-y which I was okay with. My hair was soft and it didn't feel weighed down like a lot of other moisturizing shampoos do. It also seemed gentle on my hair color, which is important to me as I only do demi-permanent glaze.
Stinky. Disgusting. GROSS!

This shampoo is AWFUL! It comes out in a clumpy, disgusting mess and STICKS. So chunky that it broke the lid and I can’t return it 🤢 The conditioner has a better texture but the smell is HORRIBLE. Such a waste of money. I have always love Drybar’s products but this wrecked the brand for me.
